Oh I agree the game was pushed out early, just wanted to chime back in that it was eminently playable after patch 1.1, and is even more so now after 1.2. I'm hoping the free DLCs and next gen update come out clean without introducing new issues, as it's finally where is should have been at launch.

I've done 4 of the endings. Obviously, don't read this if you haven't finished the game or done any endings that might interest you.

I guess my favorite ending is with Panam. The mission is fun and it seemed like the best way to go out. You only have 6 months to live, but I saw it as V getting 6 months with the girl he loves and having a family in the Aldecados. I also thought giving Johnny control and using Rogue was a good ending. Downside was losing Rogue and I chose for V to stay with Alt, so that felt kind of wrong. It was cool to see Johnny get a new life, tho. The ending with Hanako Arasaka SUCKED to me. Just didn't like it and the end result is depressing no matter which choice you make after it plays out.

Loved the game and Night City is one of the best backdrops I've ever seen in a game. Will definitely be doing another playthrough. Just gonna try and wait on the PS5 version to release first. Helluva ride!

Is it possible to buy the ps4 version now?? I heard it was pulled off shelves & psn store awhile back??

I got a physical copy on eBay for like 30 bucks and played it on my PS5. Looked great, played great. Only issue I had was with the game crashing quite a bit. Yes, PS5 will be getting a free upgrade, I’m not sure when, yet, and free DLC will also be coming. Just check eBay. Highly recommend the game.

Free next gen upgrade is currently slated for the second half of 2021, after some free DLC. CDPR is also enhancing Witcher 3 for free if you haven't played that, and the GOTY version is super cheap.

No news...CDPR has been quiet all together since their breach. There's supposed to be a Witcher event in July where I think that next gen update will be revealed, and since Cyberpunk is coming back to the PS store next week maybe there will be something for this?

I still might get this cheap sometime (i'd be waiting for next gen anyways), but crazy to think about how much hype there was and then it all crashed.

It's a really good game, IMO, that shows the problem with hype and social media. Sad it's a meme more than a game at this point.

Not excusing CDPR, nor how they should have abandoned the PS4/XBone versions. But it's definitely a lesson for the industry.

I tried in vain to like it. And at first I did. Then the flaws really stuck out, the instability etc.



I am awaiting the Next Gen Update and will give it a fresh start once (if) that ever happens. I love the concept.

That's where I'm at. I'll pick it up for the first time when the update comes out. I'm really interested, but I want to play the game that it was supposed to be.

Ah one of the drawbacks to having a digital only console. Can't take advantage of stores having to many physical copies.
