That would be awesome. You could have storylines off that.
Hack money from a crime boss after their big pay day.
Then you trail a criminal and his boss begins questioning him about the money going missing.
"I didn't take it, boss," he says. "I promise."
"Yeah? Let's take a look at your account."
You hack into the guy's account, deposit the necessary cash and boom, suddenly you've got a guy you were chasing going down.
Mission complete.

I would just keep hacking minuscule amounts of money in and out of the same person's bank account. I'm talking like 7 cents here, 12 cents there, etc.
Watch him lose his mind. Stalk him to his house where he gets in fights with his wife over it. Hack their blender and **** so their dinner gets ruined. Hack their car so it only plays the most horrible songs. Then they'll be forced to go out to eat and I'll hack that place so they can't even eat there.
Then they'll have to move into the wild and I will hack the bears or whatever is in the Chicago area wilderness and then move onto another person.

I haven't tried sniping, but I don't think it is possible really other than on the convoy missions. Most of the gun fighting is closer, but you can peak around corners and kill people or hide and take them out.
I'm probably skipping UFC also for a while.Comment

I did it on a Ctos mission as well. You can certainly use it although they could definitely add more missions that would call for it.
I'd love to play through a massive amount of night missions using it or stealth to get through. I could honestly play these missions all day long.Comment
