I seem to have the most fun at night. I guess those dead night zombies(are they night hunters?) can't be killed? Maybe not until far later? I got destroyed by one while trying.

They can be killed, you just need a better weapon. I found a short sword which makes fodder out of pretty much anything, but to get close I recommend unlocking the camoflauge skill first.

Finally found my first gun,a blue double barrel shotgun. Now if I could only track down some amo...

I'm not 100% sure it's the reason, but as soon as I found a gun that ammo type appeared in shops the next day. Happened for both the pistol and the rifle. For all I know it was just a coincidence, but I would suggest checking the stores within the next few game days.

Almost every female zombie is just in a bra, too, which is really weird.

I see plenty in other clothes. I even saw one in a berka. I think you're only paying attention to the almost naked ones. Pervert.

Will do. I have found a second gun now too (military rifle) and it was still loaded with a few rounds. Haven't been to a shop since I found them though. Before I found the guns the shops did start carrying a couple 9mm handguns for sale, but no ammo. I'll keep an eye open.

You get several guns around the midway point, unfortunately ammo is more than 200 dollars each. I'm a ways in and I only use my rifle if absolutely necessary. Plus, in the second half of the game firing a weapon will bring waves of zombies, so it isnt necessarily wise.

Im hoping there is a silencer but I havent gotten one yet.

This game is ok. I am not a big fan of the fictitious world and the sense that weapons are almost linear...meaning you don't get the good stuff until you progress forward. Guns should be available from the get go IMO.

Actually there are guns available from after like the first or first 2 missions. You just have to search for them.

Ok...I've done a lot of searching, but I've only completed the first main quest and the side quest for gazil(?).

Running from those night zombie things in that one mission was one of the most intense moments I've had in a video game in a LONG time. Was still on a learning curve with the game and I gotta do THAT!

Anyone know if there is a merchant in the Slums or Old Town who sells large quantities of alcohol? Seemed like I found it everywhere earlier, but now that I have a blueprint for a weapon that requires 10 alcohol I can't find it anywhere.

Ok...I've done a lot of searching, but I've only completed the first main quest and the side quest for gazil(?).

I am not real far in and I have 3 pistols and a rifle. Found them all in locked Police vans. If that helps. I spend a few daylight times here and there just scavenging and not working on missions.

None of my stores are even selling bullets yet.

I have come across two guns. Neither from picking police locks. One you just run into during the story and the other is a pistol that I had to give away during a side mission.

Im assuming the guns never go away inventory wise but Ammo is hard to find for them?

This game is ok in single player.... this game is GREAT in co-op!! Played tonight w/ a couple friends and was a much better experience co-op.

Just spent like 8k on a beef cleaver. Totally worth it. Slicing through zombies
