Heck NO! I'm getting 2K for PS4, which will be in my office, and thinking about getting Live for Xbone, which will be in the family room. If Live ends up being a good game, I will be very happy to have two basketball games.

Want to like this game so much, but I thought we learned in Ninja Gaiden 3 that ending every kill with a QTE was a bad idea

I really wish games would focus less on the glitz and glamour afforded by their budget and focus on making intriguing gameplay that lasts longer than a week playing an hour a day.

Well, you can kill them without engaging in execution.

And in turn break the combat system. Its completely built on flow and and timing executions. Really does look fun but more of a Redbox than a $60 purchase. Right now my Day One XBO looks like it'll be very lonely. FTP KI and the NBA Live demo at this point. Looking forward to Quantum Break/Titanfall/Halo

I wanted Live to succeed... but I'd avoid playing it this year.

I've seen the streams. What I was getting at was that I don't see any games worth paying full price for yet. The Live demo is one of the more expansive free to play options i'm aware of.

Also, I'm someone who saw the positives in NBA Starting Five so I can handle some jankiness. Seems like an extension of Live 10 just 3 years late with a higher res.

In spite of previous posts, i'm pretty sure i'm going to crack and pick this up. The Gladiator mode sounds like it could offer some replay value, esp online.

Anyone know if day one versions of games had to be preordered or if you can grab them in store?
