Black Magic has already been worked. Glad I work up until Sunday because staring at it and not being able to play would be torture. My copy will be here tomorrow by 3pm.

I don't pay any attention to that type of stuff. Been getting games early and playing early for years without any issues. I've never bought into the hype of Banning.

They're not going to ban their customers for just buying a game. That's a retailer issue.

It's not the developers that do it. It's Microsoft/Sony and they could have done this...happened to a buddy of mine some years back. When asked why his account was banned he was told he broke the Microsoft ToS.

Same thing really. We're customers to them too. I know quite a few people that get games early. I used to get The Show early every year. Nothing has ever happened. I know I've read in the past that they've said they won't ban you if you purchased a legit copy early.
