hit DZ rank 50 right before getting off last night.
picked up a bunch of blueprints from the DZ vendors. Will be doing a lot of crafting when I get home today. Should be fully high-end gear after that.

      Re: The Division (Xbone/PS4/PC)

Finally finished the story overnight. I started the General Assembly mission at 6pm, but between a family issue that came up during it, plus the internet going out at some point, I had to restart it nearly 9 hours later, but I got it completed. Finished off that, finished off Unknown Signal and picked up the last one or two collectibles, so as far as the PvE portion, I'm 100% done.

Now I get to see and feel the game REALLY open up and begin! I finally stepped into the Dark Zone for the first time since release, quickly shot up to level 7 just with a couple NPC kills, also got a couple pieces of gear extracted.

Also finally got a chance to run my first daily since hitting level 30, sprinting through the Madison Field Hospital for some very easy Phoenix credits. Gonna jump on later today and hit the dailies for Lincoln Tunnel and Amhearst. Then back to the Dark Zone!

having a blast with this game, currently lvl 30 single player and 31 dz. My first trip into the dz after hitting lvl 30 netted me a gold midas the gun just melts people in the dz. i have it paired with a marksman rifle and it seems to be a good combo.

almost everyone my group has met in the dz has been a friendly experience so far in the higher player bracket. now i need to farm some phoenix creds so i can buy some more blue prints.

This game is so addicting.... just one more extraction..... 3 hours later

How brutal are the challenge missions I've never run one.

Went into the DZ as a level 19 in the regular and it was humbling. So many white bars. They just kept coming.

Also the first person I encountered Was another human. I panicked and killed him while he was trying to extract stuff. I then stole his items and extracted them. Nobody killed me while rogue or tried.

I feel like I shouldn't take crafting or anything seriously until I hit level 30. Feels like a waste because I just get rid of the guns and even if I really like them they are too weak when I level up.

You "panicked" so you killed robbed and left the scene? Interesting lol.

                ...

Hunting rogues is fun. Too bad they are so rare at level 30.

I don't see it like that at all. Crafting helps you get BETTER guns and accessories to help you hit level 30 QUICKER is how I see it.

                        That is priceless! ! Lmao

There have been many times while in the DZ where I had the same "panicked" feeling with other human agents around, it really puts you on edge for sure (gives you itchy trigger finger if you will), and you clearly scratched that itch NDAlum, hahaha! Good stuff

That is hilarious! I panicked every time I saw someone too last night, but thankfully I didn't shoot them and they didn't shoot me. We actually had each other's backs as we got rushed by NPCs after firing off the flare.

I did see a couple rogues last night while in the DZ, but I steered well clear of them as I was lone wolfing it and there were at least three of them at an extraction point. So I changed direction and headed to the extraction point opposite them.

But, for the most part, every one else in the level 30 DZ that I ran into last night seemed pretty cool and were just concerned with fighting NPCs and extracting gear.

Very well said, sir!! I'd like to add that it is wise to adopt maybe a 50/50 policy as far as selling stuff and deconstructing for mats. Also make a conscience effort to look for any and all crates and pick that stuff up as you see it, unless of course you are swamped by 20 enemy Jabronis at the given time, lol.

I'm level 30 PvE and 38 DZ currently and still yet pick up all greens and blues, despite having all purple and yellows in gear and weapons at the moment. Those low level items will still get you money and much needed crafting materials.

Exactly what I did! I spent LOADS of time searching every freaking nook and cranny in every alley, building and rooftop trying to find every crate I could. I didn't care how much the weapon or gear sucked, I wanted it for the credits and materials.

I'm pretty sure they only nerfed the head shot crit damage guys. I was watching last night very closely during missions and DZ runs and was not seeing 200k+ plus damage numbers on head shot crits like I was before the recent update. I was occasionally seeing 270k at times beforehand (yes my firearms stats are through the roof lol) but last night everything was under 200k, the highest being around 170 -180k.
