It's definitely possible. I've heard people getting two high end drops from a single run thru of "General Assembly" on hard mode

Also, challenge mode missions guarantee one high end drop upon completion.

I've seen them drop from named enemies just roaming the main area street

Where's the General Assembly mission? Not sure if I have done that one yet. I'm currently going into Kips Bay and have completed all main story missions, side missions and all the other activities and events up until this district. I'm at level 27 so hopefully, once I hit 30, I'll start getting these high-end weapons and whatnot.

Side note - have you (or anyone else here) finished the story missions? If so, how many are there? I have 15 listed with 9 or 10 being completed but I remember reading that there's 30 story missions but im not sure if that's true or not. Thanks for the help.

You can see them all on the map I think. They are all of the large wing symbols, and then one more appears (the aforementioned General Assembly).

Patch tonight, some highlights:

Named NPCs will no longer respawn after being killed in the Open World. This will prevent situations where players were able to kill a same named NPC over and over again.
Players killed in the Dark Zone will lose less Dark Zone Funds and Experience (Rogue and non-Rogue)
Dark Zone Funds and Experience rewards for surviving Rogue status have been improved
Dark Zone Funds and Experience rewards for killing Rogue agents have been improved
Phoenix Credits drop have been increased on lvl 31 and 32 enemies in the Dark Zone:
Lvl 30: 1-3 Phoenix Credits
Lvl 31: 2-4 Phoenix Credits
Lvl 32: 3-5 Phoenix Credits
Increased drop rate of High-End items from lvl 31 and 32 named NPCs in the Dark Zone.
Increased drop rate of High-End Division Tech Material from lvl 32 named NPCs in the Dark Zone.
Improved Dark Zone Chests items quality:
Rank 30 chests will now drop Superior (Purple) items instead of Specialized (Blue)
Keys chests now have a chance to drop High-End (Gold) items

They seriously gotta change that! Just let us run through the damn thing!

I think the walk has to do with everyone's BoO is different, so it loads the inside independently as you walk in and then out as the whole team shares the game world

Added an option to disable the PlayStation 4 controller speaker

Fixed an issue where ISAC volume could get too loud when playing with headsets

At least I get the 3rd talent on the Midas now. I was never able to exploit the glitch the gun had. Yep I'm a loser who would've like to run around for a day or two without the ability to die. But it's good they fixed it.

This is definitely the case, and it has to be so slow because it takes that long to load the assets, I have beaten the load before and the building was completely empty for a second or two.

Still considering grabbing a vector, the midas is a really good gun but the vector just seems to be able to top it if you roll one with the right talents.

I got the Cacedeus to drop on the Hard daily mission today is that a good gun? I usually roll with SMG's but this is an assault rifle.

Congrats on the drop! I have that gun now and in the first open beta, I love it! With the right weapon mods on it it is beastly. Mine has fairly high RPM rating and is very accurate.

I just found out about the Bullet King exploit today and it reminded me of my first run-in with him:

I ran into after completing the Times Square Power Relay mission on Hard. My friends and I were only lvl 13 and it we died a lot. After we finished it I decided to unlock the safehouse in that area...and ran into Bullet King. I tried to stand and fight but he was just too much at the time, so I bailed. He wasn't having it. Him and his boys chased me for two blocks, killed me, and I haven't seen him since.

I can't take advantage of the exploit because vengeance demands that I gank him AND his boys in a very embarrassing way: I'm killing them all with a pistol.

A lot of us may have spent some time*getting familiar with the Bullet King, but after the server maintenance on the 22nd, it’ll be time to say goodbye to him forever: A new patch will make it so that named bosses out in the game-world can only be killed once, which eliminates the beloved, oh-so boring strategy of killing a miniboss over and over again.

The patch makes a*lot of other changes, too, and some of them sound great. Notable changes include: You’ll be able to fast travel to Dark Zone checkpoints from outside the DZ, you can heal other players in the Dark Zone, and the penalties and rewards for going rogue in the DZ will be tweaked so that it makes more sense to actively go rogue.

They’ve also slightly increased the number of Phoenix Credits dropped by high-level bosses in the DZ and increased the high-end drop rate for those bosses as well. Those last few tweaks should go some way toward addressing*some of the problems*players have had with the Dark Zone.

I know its dumb and cosmetic, but my scavenging team found slim jeans for my female agent. YESSSSSSSS!!


Also, i'm kinda annoyed some of the cool skins only appear at the appearance vendor for levels 1 - 5 and 6 - 8. lame. Probably gonna have my last two slots sit at 5 and 6 to at least check them.

Congrats soldier. I too was blessed with a pair of slim jeans and it was just what I needed to cheer me up in spite of the horrors going on in Manhattan.
