After last night I have finally learned to stop playing this game like it is CoD.
I have officially switched over my gear from pure DPS to an stamina/electronics build it has taken me almost 2weeks to accomplish all the re-rolls. Switched out smart cover(dmg buff) to first aid(dmg buff) along with pulse(dmg buff) kept tactical link as the sig for now.
Decided to test out this new build and attitude in a challenge mission last night. This was THE LONGEST Lincoln tunnel I had done since I first attempted it on hard. I usually dont like to put players down for their builds but clearly these guys were glass cannons attempting to play like tanks.
I have a controller with mapped buttons and hair triggers so I genuinely move faster than most I played the true medic roll staying back(mostly sniping) and popping that first aid every chance I get to assist when the team got low. But these guys just kept getting downed!
Finally i had enough after 3 checkpoints I got on the mic and suggested that because you guys have no health just to fall back instead of pushing. Then I was accused of being a weak player because my sniping was not putting down enough damage. I use a m1A/28k near 50% crit and a m44/31k with first bullet crit near 70%. I no longer need DPS my weapons are strong enough.
We finished it like 30 minutes but my god people have to understand this game is better played from a standard of being one thing and being great at it and ALSO PLAYING AS IT.
