Re: Grand Theft Auto V Online
Yeah, lately anytime I get on, I've been kind of trying to figure out what to do. My normal routine of Survival, Deathmatch, Races is getting very old. Now, I'm actually looking forward to getting a bounty of my head. Seeing a bunch of white blips coming fast towards you and then getting away is so much more fun.
It's like a game of cat and mouse.
The other day, I found a ramp that would get you on top of a building by the main LSC that everyone goes to. I just stayed up there, and killed a few randoms. One guy eventually got out of his car trying to look for me. So I grabbed about 10 tear gasses and threw it at his convertible. lol he couldn't get in and then about 3 other randoms came to join the fun. I just threw random stickies on the parking lot of the LSC and randomly blew them up. Luckily there was only 1 PV that I destroyed.
Oh ya, I forgot the best part. As 2 randoms spawned in the parking lot, I hopped in my carbonizzare that's still on the roof.. burn rubber, and I go flying off the roof and away from everybody.Last edited by shugknight; 11-13-2013, 01:42 PM.Comment

Re: Grand Theft Auto V Online
I'm not looking forward to someday eventually having heists as a means for cash. It's just something to do that would be new and fresh.
Even by the time the stimulus finally released (and same for when heists come out, if ever) money wasn't an issue anymore. At the time, would have been nice. But now it's just like, give us something that isn't the same exact things.
Such a shame cause I loved it but man it gets burnt out rather quick.Celtics Bruins Sox Eagles Liverpool

Now, I drive towards them and gladly hope they come after me. I either drive away and hope a good chase ensues, or I kill them and we have a little deathmatch.Comment

Re: Grand Theft Auto V Online
I bet RockStar charges 15.00 or more just for Heists. And they probably won't come until February. But hey, WE GIVE YOU MOAR RACES GUIZE.

Guys I'm getting on. There are a bunch of missions I haven't done. Do them with me, and I'll split the difference on any cash I make if it's your 2nd/3rd/etc doing it.Comment

Re: Grand Theft Auto V Online
Hey fellers, I still haven't stepped into GTA Online as I'm having a blast with single player in my attempt to achieve 100% completion. As such, I was surprised to click on this thread and see such downtrodden comments. As someone completely out of the loop, what's the story? Why is GTA Online being frowned upon right now?Comment

The other big thing is Heists. They promised this early, but they didn't anticipate the bugs and glitches they had when GTA:O first started.
Unfortunately, other games started releasing before they can release Heists and fix all the bugs, so people lost interest. To me it's still fun. I don't have the urge to play every night like I did a couple weeks ago, but when I do go online, I have fun. Don't listen to the debbie downers complain about the game. Play it for yourself and have your own opinion. GTA:O definitely has it's moments of greatness.Comment

Re: Grand Theft Auto V Online
Beach Bum DLC releases for free on Tuesday, November 19.
Here are just a few of our favorite new ones that are on the way:
"Grass Route II" (Race): In this sequel to the original popular Grass Route Race, go off-road in an epic heat starting on the North bank of the Zancudo River through the treacherous wetlands with a triumphant finish on the beach in North Chumash.
"Survival on Del Perro Pier" (Survival): Skip the ferris wheel for a deadlier kind of thrill ride as you take on waves of relentless enemies at this beachfront attraction.
"View of Vespucci" (Parachuting): This leap sends you from 2,980 feet, down towards Vespucci Beach, weaving through palm trees to land on the basketball courts of the rec center. If you've got skills, it's possible to freefall through the first few checkpoints before even opening your chute.
"Paleto Beach" (Team Deathmatch): The locals complain that not a lot happens in this sleepy town, so do them a favor and wake 'em up with a barrage of gunfire exchanged between you and a rival team. This Team Deathmatch takes place right on the romantic shoreline for 4-8 players.
"Sundae Driving" (Bike Race): Sure to be a new fan-favorite motorbike race, menace Vespucci Beach on your two-wheel rocket, taking breakneck corners as you try and best the competition.New Vehicles
Hit the shore with four sand-and-surf-ready vehicles perfect to take on the all new Beach Bum Races and Vehicle Deathmatches: the BF Bifta dune buggy, the rugged Canis Kalahari off-road truck, the Bravado Paradise beach camper van and making a special return to the GTA series, the fast and stylish Speeder speedboat. All four vehicles will be available at no in-game costNew Weapons
Expand your arsenal with two new free weapons - the compact yet deadly SNS Pistol and the brutal new Broken Bottle melee weapon which is quite effective at delivering the appropriate message in up close and personal encounters.Comment

I'll have to try out the new Survival next time I'm on. Parachuting is an underrated activity.

Re: Grand Theft Auto V Online
Since you'll be new when you get on, look for mission invites from randoms in your game. They'll probably have missions that pay much more than the missions you start off with in the beginning. Best way to level up and get easy cash would be Survivor. It's one of my favorite modes.Comment
