on Tuesday i couldnt get on at all. but yesterday morning i was finally able to create my character and get past the tutorial.

first off let me just say. Many, many, many years ago. i dreamed of an Online game like this. matter of fact, i dreamed of a GTA game like this. When GTA IV was released i thought the multiplayer portion of that game would be it. sadly it was not. but now...........................FINALLY! it is here!

i feel like this is the best thing since slice bread!!! really i do. IM IN LOVE!

last night i hooked up with a random guy and his friends and had tons of fun. we did some missions together as well doing a few store robberies and spent most of our time evading the police. speaking of the police, they are even more of a bitch to get away from online. one cool i did notice is that in missions when u have to steal cars, even after you lose the cops if another cop sees you in that stolen car then they will be alerted and right back on your ***. makes those missions a little tougher and more interesting. i like it.

oh and for you guys thats just starting out. make sure to find the best car you can and something you like on your first trip to Los Santos Customs. i made the mistake of choosing the wrong SUV (i wanted the Cavalcade and chose a Granger. smh) and now im stuck with that car until i can get my money up.

cant wait to get into some games with u guys. im already addicted!

oh and another thing, for those of you who have mics. when you talk on it your character's mouth actually moves. AWESOME!

I'm still trying to decide whether to waste time connecting online, since I'm playing right now.

What's the percentage rate for getting on with PS3 right now, about? How are ya'll doing?

Finally having some success, as I was able to do the first race, buy some clothes, get a car, and did a couple of jobs. Now comes the daunting task of getting with a team of people who are gonna play the game the way it's supposed to be played. Anybody else getting through on the 360, hit me up!

I made it to level 12-13 today. Had a buddy lose all of his progress today when he logged in. His character was gone. Not going to be very happy if this is the case tomorrow. Finally hooked up with some OSers today, but I was about to jump off when it happened.

I've been connecting pretty solidly. Had some issues trying to hop in games with friends and do missions this afternoon though

It says, "Cloud connection not available," so I've made one character, which didn't save, and got stuck at the loading screen.

Hopefully this patch tomorrow fixes all this.

I have had no problems at all today. Ran with Candyman and HustlinOwl. I am enjoying this so far it is very fun.

I've been at the launching session screen for 30 minutes. I'm was told to stick it out. I probably won't much longer. It's kind of absurd.

I haven't been able to get on yet and I've probably tried 15-20 times. I have to exit to the dashboard too. When I click any other button nothing happens. Very frustrating.

Go to Account Management, press Triangle, and sign out. At least that way it will back you out instead of having to quit the game outright.

That's what I had too, though. Can't launch the session fully.

Cops chasing you for being in a stolen car is annoying as hell.
