That was....yeah. I missed a checkpoint and had the brilliant idea of going back for it. Probably should've just held triangle for the respawn.

And you can thank Chizzy for the second one - he spun me while we racing for 1st. Gets dirty up at the front!

Good times on the PS3 tonight with the OS crew. I can't wait until this is all ironed out and everyone can connect without any issues. I haven't laughed so hard online in a while. Dboys and I were getting trolled by some random in a chopper in free mode. He kept killing us with his main rotor.

I executed the perfect PIT maneuver you Bcruise. The racing was lot of fun.

I am gonna pay for the lack of sleep tomorrow at work.

Edit: Raw, only you got booted.

Haha....I couldn't imagine dropping cash on a chopper at this point while I'm worried about whether or not my character will get wiped. Since I know cash carries over I'm just going to focus on making as much as possible until the issues get fixed. And I'll rank up while I'm doing that anyway in case I don't reset again.

Good racing tonight guys. We'll have to get an OS-only game going one of these nights - there's a ton of us in here!

Yeah that was fun. There was one other we ran with a bit. Bmoreclutch I think.

Btw sorry about that Bmore, I was shooting the PoPo when all of a sudden my character turns left with his sawed-off and melees you dead in one hit. Not sure as to why it auto targeted you.

If your having problems with your character saving, make sure you go back to story mode and quick save after your finished online. It is supposed to be like a fail-safe.

Not having a lot of luck when trying to join a free-roam with the crew, always fails for some reason.

Finally on the PS3 version we have a new patch out and i could play the first race and drug mission. After finishing the drug mission i try to bring up my phone to deposit my money i see a white dot coming for me. Random player kills me. I'm going to stick to playing with crew members or friends. Getting ganked by random dbags is going to get old fast.

Sorry if this has been asked. I even searched in this thread, is there an OS Crew for PS3? I do have a mic, I'm married so I wont be able play 24/7 but I'd like to find a crew of older guys if possible.

I created a new character last night. I guess the only (obvious) ethnicity choices are black and white. The in-betweens just don't look right to me. While the heritage/ancestry tab is pretty horrible the lifestyle tab is pretty interesting to play around with. I still wasn't able to get that race in, though.

I was able to get in and complete a few things. This is going to be very fun with the OS Crew. I'll be looking to play tonight. I spent an hour in a session with randoms, and a couple of them were just reckless *******s. It's tough to go up against randoms who have nicer cars and machine guns when I'm rocking a pistol. I did manage to get 1 or 2 kills of people who just randomly attacked me. No one was able to steal money from me thanks to the phone deposit.

Damn, never had issues with my character rolling back until now. All my progress from yesterday disappeared as if I never played. That's 6 ranks and a 205k apartment I bought

I saw you online and kept trying to join in. The prompt said I was already in that session but never saw you in there.

IIRC, I haven't seen any OS4L's in many lobbies either. Maybe most of you can't get in?
