I can't be the only one who finds the text in this game to be way too small when playing on a large screen. The reason I say large screen is because when watching someone else play on a smaller 32" screen the text was noticeably more legible.

I have the hardest time reading texts and mission details playing on the TV the 360 is hooked up to.

That's been my one big complaint with Rockstar games. Red Dead was the same way. Whether I'm sitting in my recliner 8 feet from my 46" living room tv, or 10 feet away on my bed from my 32" TV, I can't read the mission hints. I always find myself having to move up within 5 feet of the screen so I can read the font.

Spawned in a game earlier and someone ran me over as I was trying to get in to a vehicle. I let it go for a bit and gave him some time and monitored his location. Guy goes into a convenience store so I go hangout across the street.

I wait for him to come out, beat his ***, and then took his money and ran.

Guy tried coming back after me two more times and I got the best of him on both occasions..

I just put Bounty's on people's head if they do that.

Had a funny moment last night regarding a convenience store hold up. The parked his car right outside the store. I get out of my car, shoot up all 4 of his tires, get back in my car and park across the street and turn my lights off. The cops are coming as the guy gets out of the store. He heads into his car and floors it only to find all of this tires have now burst and he is riding on rims.

The car then proceeds to slide out of control and drive into a wall where the police then surround him and kill him. I wait for the police to drive off and then I headed to his car. Picked up the cash he had, got back in my car and drove off.

Been having great success getting online today. One problem now though, my car seems to be stuck in molasses and is having trouble reaching it's top speed. Anyone else experiencing this? I had PEDS driving past me on the highway lolol

I competed the tutorials Saturday and there were no OS members so I flew solo for awhile and ended up having similar things happen.

First, I was on my was to LS customs with a stolen car and the cops kept recognizing it so I decided to dump it from an Grand Cherokee looking SUV. My plan was to drive towards the custom place and look for a better car along the way. I was slowly puttin’ along, minding my own business and next thing I know I’m getting rammed from behind by these two guys (pause) in a large truck. They shot out my tires and kept hitting me. When my tires were gone, they spun me out and I was able to get turned to the far left, they over pursued me and crashed. I was able to get away a little bit, but I could see them gaining on me. I jumped on the freeway and as they were closing in I opened the door and dove off of an overpass and ran into a tunnel to successfully elude them.


Later on I decided to rob a liquor store to get some cash. While I was in there I noticed another player driving towards me. Side bar: I pretty much assume that any human player coming close to me is going to try to kill/rob me, so I stopped robbing the place and ran around the side of the building and hid. I saw the guy pop out of his vehicle and pull out his SMG, so that confirmed to me what he was there to do. I came out blasting and blew the guys guts all over his car. Of course, the police were after me again. I finally lost them and pulled over at a boardwalk area. I wanted to take a “selfie” of me with dude’s blood all over the car. I get out and get the shot lined up perfectly so I could see the blood and bullet hole riddled car. Then WHACK…. Out of nowhere Dude tracks me down a ran me the F over! I was out for vengeance so I found him on the map and started driving in his direction. As I got close I could see that the cops were after him. I was about a block away and wanted to cut him off. I got him lined up perfectly for a head on meeting and as he came around the corner I opened fire, unfortunately my pistol was enough for his SMG, so he got me again…

I like to think that it least the cops got him, but I doubt it.

After that I joined a Crew and did a bunch of missions with them. It has all been a blast so far.

I'm with you on this. PS3 or Xbox? I just started online myself, got through the first race and robbery. Customizing my first car right now.

Apparently there are some random people around in my game right now, don't know any of them. I watched one of the guys get blown away by cops at a car wash haha, no idea what he was doing.

Would like to play with the crew and see what online is all about. I'm still worried about losing my character but figure a week is long enough to wait on this working.

If not for the Falcons on MNF, I'd be on (PS3). Can't seem to get my motorola bluetooth to work on the PS3 though. Even after connecting it before starting GTA V.
