That is very good to hear. That is also something SW:Battlefront should have focused on. More points for team-play or other objectives in well, the team-play type of modes the game heavily pushes. To have the same points being very K/D heavy in those modes just makes for unpleasant team-play unless you get lucky, or a grouped up with a good community/friends. Other than that it tends to be a CoD-like free for all.

(I still enjoy the game for the tight controls, amazing sound/graphics and SW fan service... but it is more of an in/out short burst of 1/2 hour or so max here and there.)

Definitely going to be jumping into this multi tomorrow. Have not played UC2 multiplayer since UC2, and did not have much time to invest in the UC4 beta. Looking forward to it from all the positive feedback it is getting.

Yea different experiences, we played nearly 7 hrs straight and I had never seen a top scorer that didn't have more downs & kos than everyone else.

You may have been playing objective or maybe our team was more focused on kills. We did play a lot of TDM. Or maybe the squad you were in simply wasn't getting them 15 downs per match?

I dunno really, but that's great that you did good without downing many people.

I think top guys were usually around 2800 score and 16, 17 downs or so. I'm only going from memory so I may not be spot on..

I can care less about kd, I'm merely saying that downs are important. No team is going to win the match with less downs & kos. I get the point you're trying to emphasize eg.

My copy is on my doorstep. I will be putting in some quality time tonight with the single player (I don't multiplayer...just don't care for it much) campaign. I also did the headphone app and am ready to see how that works with this game (and The Show). Can't wait to play!!!

You're in for a treat A&S, this game is worth the $60 just on the singleplayer story alone. A solid mp component is just icing on the incredibly scrumptious cake!

I only played Plunder and the control game type. I hate TDM, those of course would all be K/D based.

I scored all 3 idols, had a bunch of heals and used my sidekick at good times. The guy below me on my team had like 11 downs and 8 ko's, but I still had like 200 points more.

Oh yeah bolt, once you unlock that hero ak, you don't gotta keep getting downs if you want other weapons. You can unlock them pretty fast using the purple relics to buy the hero chests

                  Re: UNCHARTED 4: A Thief’s End

Is anyone playing the single player story or am I the only one??? LOL.

Anyway, currently halfway through chapter 10. Visually, game looks amazing. Music, sound and voice acting is all top notch. Story and characters have been very good thus far. The environments and different locations is awesome. Great intro. Favorite chapter was 8 especially since it took me over an hour to complete.

Gameplay wise, the controls and aiming is still clunky and for someone like me who's still got that Division setup in regards to cover and going to cover to cover as well as walking around the corner while staying in cover, I can easily tell the difference. Character doesn't always do what you want him to do. AI wise, the enemies are good and a pain in the butt especially since im playing on hard. Your partner(s) aren't horrible and better than Ellie was in The Last of Us but I do wish I could just sit them back somewhere and keep them out of my way.

The early swimming chapter and the driving of the jeep in chapter 10 were both excellent. All responsive and fluid. Wish the core gameplay and cover system was the same. Hoping for a full chapter with swimming and will be shocked if there isn't.

I'm also playing with NPC Marking and Threat indicators off which is how Uncharted should be played in my opinion. Love the rope addition and the wench on the jeep. Time was, im just over 10 hours listed in game but real time is around 12 hours as the cinematics are not included in the play time.

Overall, easily enjoying it a lot more than Uncharted 1 and 3 but not as much as I enjoyed Uncharted 2 or The Last of Us. Either way, Uncharted 4 is as of now, at least a 9/10 and game of the year contender.

Both. Just started Chapter 9. I usually play a couple hours of story a night before switching to MP.

                              Lmao that's hilarious.

I haven't started single player yet. I'll get around to it once I've opened up a few more things in multi-player.

Going to give the other two modes some more game time. Mainly been playing TDM.

                                Re: UNCHARTED 4: A Thief’s End

I'd like to chime in a little and add on to what Bolt said today

In Overwatch I felt K/D was the least important stat in the game. There are characters, like Mercy, designed to contribute at maximum efficiency without getting a single elimination in that game.

I don't agree with that in this game. TDM obviously KO is the most important thing, second would be revives (only because it denies your opponents a KO)

Plunder and Command (my two favorite modes by far) have non-KO objectives but if you don't have 2-3 guys like Bolt on your team running around mopping people, good luck. You're not capping any idol or taking any command point without your teammates killing people around you.

My play style is I have helping hand 2 as a passive for faster revives, a modded up savior sidekick for revives and ammo/recharge bonus, and the modded up pulse staff for assists/enemy awareness for the team. I use rhe AK and mines. Mines usually account for half my downs as you can place more than mine and find nice strategic spots for them.

I usually end up with 1800-2500 points, high-low range, about 7 downs/4 KOs, 4 revives, 22 assists on average. The support points and assists combine with my little bit of offense for a decent score. I'm typically third, sometimes second, and occasionally first (very occasionally) on my team, the guy or guys ahead of me always have great down/KO numbers

What also helps is due to my support/utility style I don't die as often, which helps as well.

The bottom line is you have options. Guys who use the team revive mystical get great points for that as well. But you definitely need killers on your team probably more than anything else. In my humble opinion
