I wonder if this game truly is single player, outside of the effects of naming a planet and such.

Meaning, I wonder if their hope is that the game is so massive that "you wouldn't find anybody else anyway," and that is their excuse they can make for you never being able to find anybody.

I'd love for a YouTube video to come out a week after release where thousands of people are hanging out on one part of one planet... if at all possible, that is.

I was just outside and looking up at the stars and it made me wonder how close we can get to stars in this game.

If it's realistic probably not too close. But interested to see how they will look the closer you get.

I think I saw on a video the goal is to get to the center of the universe and as you get closer to the center you will be more likely to encounter other human players. To what extent you will be able to interact with other players isn't known.

It does look like the PC version is delayed until the 12th. That's weird. I mean why would they do that? Makes me worried for another PS4 delay.

I don't think anything been confirmed has it? More sites just picking up the story after more than a day of silence from Hello Games on the issue since it started to be reported?

We'll see, I'm in no hurry. Low expectations and looking forward to impressions. Looking forward to people getting their hands on it and ending all of the vagueness that has surrounded this game. It's like Damon Grow has been involved with it or something.

I think the Damon Grow thing is a little unfair lol. At least we know there is a game.

I think the vagueness is by design. But I do think we know a good deal. I mean you could say this is a new genre of game, so its kinda hard to explain a lot of stuff. I think the newest trailers showed us a lot and I rewatched the 25 minutes of gameplay from IGN and I feel like we know enough to be excited about it.

But obviously, to each their own.

EDIT: Its been confirmed that the PC version had been delayed. It says the 12th on NMS official site. Makes me a littler nervous about the PS4 edition. Please tell me I'm being paranoid. But I can't see why it would be delayed. But then again, not sure why the PC version was delayed. Maybe a server thing?

Is it normal that this has been done so stealthily? I am kind of annoyed that Hello Games hasn't addressed it directly.

Does it mean anything that Steam still says the 9th for North America, or is it just a "hasn't been updated yet" thing there.
