Sounds like a really great exploration game, which is all I am looking for.

Not watching, but that is what I always known and expected it to be, and precisely what I wanted. So I am stoked. The amazing atmosphere, sound design, and presentation was icing on the procedural cake.

Combat was an afterthought to me with this game. I can always play Elite Dangerous for that when it hits PS4.

I'm just trying to keep my mind off the game while I wait for the release. Crossing my fingers the 9th holds up on PC

Im at 330 hours playing XCOM 2 since it's launch this past Feb

Apparently GoG has told people they won't be releasing the game until the 12th. I've never bought from them so I dunno if it has something to do with them selling DRM free versions (apparently that's their deal, from what I read?).

N.A. Stream still says 9th

That's because of how GOG works, unlike Steam a publisher can't just go in and change a date themselves, they have to request that change. So, until GOG is told by the publisher the date, they just list it as "available for download soon", and any release date questions get said as current presumed date. So Hello Games didn't tell them the 12th, they went by the odd change in language on the NMS website. Steam the publisher can change the date any time, so the date on Steam is the date Hello Games has set, and the only date Hello Games has set on any store.
