I won't ever understand the sliders harm games argument. You can always play on default like the developers intended. If you mess with sliders and it ruins the game for you who's fault is that?

Lol I've never ruined a game due to sliders. Sliders have helped many a game be slightly better. That's my point.

Sliders while starting as a "good intention" thing have simple morphed into a excuse to not get fundamental things correct. Those are the ones I'm talking about.

Not saying all sliders are "bad" but IMO most are simply crutches to hide behind and hell.. a lot don't even work.

I understand sliders are here to stay so no need to derail thread.

So I'm a little confused here. So they're purposely holding the PC version back to make it so it doesn't have the graphical edge over the consoles?

FC3 still looks good to me. Honestly, the only thing I'm worried about with this game is keeping the release date.

FC3 still looks good to me. Honestly, the only thing I'm worried about with this game is keeping the release date.

Agree with both statements. Definitely hoping Far Cry 4 doesnt get delayed as im very much looking forward to playing it.

Far Cry 3 was awesome. 9.5/10 and my 2012 goty. Will definitely play through it again before Far Cry 4 gets released.

Ubisoft is gonna dumb down the graphics on this game so that Consoles would look the same like PC. They did it with Farcry 3, Watchdogs and are doing it to the Division. A lot of people are not gonna notice it but it is limiting the PC potential and bad moves by Ubisoft.

Farcry 4 maybe smaller or the same map size as Farcry 3. They are trying to make it more dense and filled with more things than make the game bigger and filled with stuff.

If they are gonna have more stuff to do then I'm ok and find with this.

I wonder if we are going to have craft a wallet to hold more money or a bag to hold more ingredients? I really wasn't a fan of that stuff.

It most likely gonna be back if they said they are working on the hunting. It just another thing to force you to hunt.

I loved the hunting aspect in Far Cry 3. Wasnt happy about being able to purchase animal skins in AC IV because there was no desire to do it. I rather have it like Far Cry 3 where you have to do it instead of taking the easy way out. And no, I dont want the option to buy animal skins as that makes the hunting useless.

Loved the crafting and everything in Far Cry 3 and im looking forward to them making it better and harder in Far Cry 4.

Debating on getting FC4 on Xbox1 or my PC. My PC is decent for gaming (GTX 760 2GB, AMD 3.5 Six-Core, 8 GB Ram). I know with PC the game life will last longer with mods and what not. I'm curious to see how "Next-Gen" the Xbox1 can get though and think FC4 would be a great game to see how they can do. Anyone else in the same or similar boat?
