                                            I don't know exactly what the drives look like(but anything from 2001-2 is most likely a Thompson) but the RCA(or thompson) drives are faulty.

                                                        I just traded in my old one to get a new one today, since I don't believe mine was gonna make it all the way until the next consoles are released. I thought about getting the special HALO one, but decided that they were pretty ugly and I'd like to stick with the black. Looks like I got the samsung.
