If it's not costing you much, I'd say go for it. Don't get me wrong, the game is amazing, there just isn't much content. I'm mostly into battlefield and this is very different, not even close to the same, really. They both can happily coexist in my library.

Would be around $25 w/my credit. Is more content planned for this to be a long-running game? Been playing Overwatch for my FPS fix. Just want a military shooter, so it's either this or bide my time until BF1 comes out.

If it's $25 then I'd recommend it but it's a very different shooter than anything out there. Hyperbole aside, I've never played anything like it, there's just nothing to compare it to.

There is a steep learning curve at this point but if your next big shooter you'll be grabbing is BF1 you'll have plenty of time to learn the ins and outs.

Also, lots of videos on YouTube from guys like Iceycat, GavinAcity, Macie Jay and even Matimio has quite a few tutorial type videos on this game.

I imagine once all the dlc gets released, this game will go free to play. It probably won't be until early 2017 but I'm hoping for it to happen this year.

It would give the player base quite a nice little boost.

I still don't understand how a game that receives this many updates can still be so unpolished online. I feel like I am playing a shooter from 2005 half of the time. It's a very fun game at times, but any night can be ruined be the **** servers.

All of these noobs this weekend are making it extremely easy to attack, but very difficult to defend.

Watching them is even more hilarious. A guy on my team using Castle runs out of the objective room and fortifies all of the windows and the door in the room and just sits there. Lol

Love the little tire pumping going on, where she talks about how that day they had the most players ever play the game...

...yes, usually when you give your product away for free, even if for just a weekend, the spike in players will be dramatic lol.

All that aside, I hope they retain some of those players and it'd be really great if we could have a weekend like that for the PS4 game. When the PS4 version is outselling the PC and XB1 versions combined, I'd love to see it get some love too.

I am way more excited for the DLC than I was when it was first announced. The map looks great. The Operators still look like they'll be afterthoughts after the novelty wears off but I could be wrong.

I just had a match end because it said I killed the hostage when on my screen I s hot the guy when he was a few feet away from the hostage, but according to him he had already picked it up and that shooting at him caused me to shoot the hostage.... I am hoping that the last few days the servers have been utter crap because of the stress being put on them. They have been as bad as ever with this game. Everything is so delayed that it feels like I am playing on a 10 tick server. I had one guy the other day kill me when I had already walked 5 feet on top of the roof the building I repelled onto, but on kill cam it showed him shooting me when I was still 5 feet from the top of the building and not yet close to even climbing over. That's a 1-2 second delay there. My ping is 40-50 on average so that isn't it. The servers just continue to be some of the worst in any AAA shooter released in the last 10 years.

Unfortunately these last two days have been horrible. Game has been littered with users with awful connection which makes for a terrible experience.

I felt like I was playing MW3 all over again with how bad the lag compensation was. I would have the drop and would somehow get killed before I could get a shot off.
