Already saw shadow man glitch. It's not near as bad but it's still something. Only seen in 1 round of about 10 matches

Re: Rainbow Six Siege
Only played a little bit yesterday but everything seemed alot better. I'm sure I'll come across the Shadow Man glitch at some point but didn't yesterday.
Their next big fix has to be the matchmaking. I want to play Ranked whether it's solo or not, and have such a tough time finding games at times. It's alot better than at launch but has a long way to go yet.

Re: Rainbow Six Siege
So my group of 7 have grown tired of this game it seems with all of the issues we've run into. 2 guys completely uninstalled the game. 1 guy hasn't played it in a couple of weeks and looks to not end that anytime soon either. My other buddy and I haven't played since Sunday and aren't sure what we're going to do with the game.
I'll probably give a shot again this weekend, but if it's as bad as it was last time I will be done for awhile. This is what happens when you release a game in the state this one was/is in and then don't fix a lot of issues and only create more glitches each patch. A group of 7 guys is quickly turning into 0 playing the game. The other 2 guys I didn't mention haven't played it since the other's uninstalled it and I don't know if they even plan on playing it again unless everything gets ironed out and the other guys come back.
It's a shame because we all really love the game when it works, but it doesn't work hardly ever.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Rainbow Six Siege
Just gave this another go and it was awful. Surprise. 2 people were DC'd within 2 rounds. One was my buddy. He was given the option to rejoin, but when he clicked it it just loaded him back to the main menu. He had no cool down.
The hit detection is still beyond terrible. Matchmaking was quick and no rubberbanding was to be had. However, the fact that no match finishes full and that the netcode still allows players to take 10 bullets and zero damage just ruins it.
I can't believe this game has been out this long and is still broken. I can't believe I still try to give a chance every now and then still. It's going to fail hard if this is the state is will be in for the pro leagues. I kind of hope it does. Maybe that will get the devs to actually fix something for once.
This game has too much potential for it to be left in this state. It should have never been released in the state that it is. It's just a shame Ubisoft is wasting a potentially amazing game because their netcode is one of the worst I've ever experienced before.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

What a terrible state of a game. As you said, this game has too much potential to be left like this, and I fully agree. They talk about competitive play, but casual matches are hurting. I played a game tonight, pings varied quite a bit, I had an ok ping of 60, but the gameplay seemed dodgy and sketchy. Others had lower pings than me or roughly the same, but there were others that had 250, 210, 170 and 120. I think this game has severe problems handling the variance in pings, as Ive noticed other games where we all had similar pings, the game was smooth.

Re: Rainbow Six Siege
So I don't really know what to think of what we just ran into in our latest match. Glaz shoots Smoke twice and then gets killed by him. It shows he has less than a 3rd of his health. Another teammate shoots him and then he dies and he has half health. I encounter Smoke, get 6 or 7 hit markers, die from him, the screen shows he has 80% health. Our last teammate got him from behind, put a solid 5 or 6 shots into him and then he turns and kills and has a little more than half health left......
That's gotta be a hack, right? I've only ran into one cheater before on here that openly admitted it and watching him it was obvious. I can't think of any other explanation for what we just experienced.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Rainbow Six Siege
Fortunately with all of the problems me and my group have run into, that's only the 2nd hacker we've seen. That's one positive. We're also seeing matches finish 5v5 again consistently and not constant DCs leading to 3v3 every other game. Though the game still seems to crash for one of us once each night.
There are still issues with the netcode/hit detection, but it isn't nearly as terrible as it used to be. I'm enjoying the game more than I was, we all are, but there are definitely some areas that need a little more polishing.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Rainbow Six Siege
I joined a ranked match, and before we even finished with our drones, I got vote kicked out of the match? No one was even talking, and now I am suspended for 10 minutes? soooooooooooooo fun.Comment

Re: Rainbow Six Siege
I really hope te pro league just dies quickly so that they will realize how much of a mess this game is. Tried playing tonight, absolute crap. Too many glitches to name. The most notable one was I had a defuser and was literally an inch from the bomb and walked the entire room and never was prompted to plant it. I only could drop it. That is a game-breaker. This game works 1 night out of every 4 and it's amazing when it does, but the other 3 nights are a shame and I really cannot believe anyone in their right mind would think this game was ready to be released as a finished game.
It is an utter joke and a complete insult to consumers. Ubisoft has gone down too much in my mind. After buying Primal, I don't think I will touch another Ubisoft game for a long time. Releasing R6 in the state that it is still in just damages them too much for me and I hate that I am even buying Primal.
Hopefully they fix the game or it dies and hurts their brand significantly enough to maybe get some change for once.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Rainbow Six Siege
My only issues with this game have all been server related. I love Seige, but it's a shame that I still encounter occasional long wait times and disconnects at this point. I just deal with them and keep on rocking, though.Comment
