I don't Believe there are any such games on the PS4/Xbox One; but are there any good similar games on IOS/Android that aren't IAP (in app purchase) heavy? Thanks

Damn, I really need to either get a new high power laptop so I can game on it, or actually find the space in the house to set up a mancave and build a full gaming PC rig next to my consoles and TV. I keep hearing friends talk about this game and want to play it so bad.

If snow becomes dynamic/seasons are introduced, then I will be all over that in a heartbeat.

          Re: Cities: Skylines

I'm sure someone will figure out how to make it dynamic, but you'd think the developers would have figured it out since it costs almost half as much as the full game. The current price is just too much for me to justify considering I'm not going to start over to create a city in northern Alaska.

Hopefully someone can. I'll pick it up when someone does. I thought the devs would definitely be making it dynamic for some reason.

This city is still very much a WIP but this is what I have been working on for the past few weeks.

Can't quite put my finger on what it is, but the winter update breathed some new life into this game for me. Binge playing it this weekend, haha.

I think you'll be okay without going all out gaming computer. Do you have a discrete graphics card? Any discrete graphics card?

I was just talking about a new gaming laptop in general. My old gaming laptop is sidelined right now with a bad hard drive and some increasingly outdated specs, since it's pretty damn old, leaving performance of games slowly dragging behind more and more. All I have "computer"-wise right now is a Surface 3 tablet and my two year old Android cell phone.

So I'm out of action for PC gaming right now until I eventually bite the bullet and either buy a new gaming laptop or actually find a place in this house where I can set up and build an actual PC rig.
