IMO you have to be a really good Sniper to have a big impact on the game. You can be a crappy Lucio or Reinhardt and help a ton.

Actually as long as you know your role, stay hidden and only shoot turrets and bastion being a sniper is simple and taking out those two at the right time can be a matter of winning and losing. It's the people that waste time, bullets and the opportunity to kill one of those two to try to snipe tracer and genji that drive me nuts. Although the people (on attack) that think they are sweet and try to go sniper for sniper only to get picked off are a close second. if you use a sniper on attack (unless you have the skills and a dumb opponent) you should only ever aim at turrets and bastion and maybe the occasional road hog because of his hit box. On defense you better only be aiming to keep the snipers off your bastion and turrets.

For Zarya, there is a number underneath the crosshairs that gradually counts down to 0.

It's her damage buff. When her shield is up or one she gives to a team mate and take hits her damage increases...and then decreases in time

The blue bar is her ummmm "on fire" meter every hero has it

Great games last night PC crew! We had some fantastic team work going on, now we just need to get everyone on discord so we don't need to use the in game chat. Me, Bcruise, and Choadler are in Sbauer's discord channel everytime we are on, really helpful.

Sand using Lucio's speed boost on Reinhardt was really helpful to get "the wall" back pushing the payload quickly. I was having a blast playing Reinhardt last night, a big giant wrecking ball!

Games were alot of fun. We got on a bit of a roll winning last night. Ended up going 12-6 for the evening. It was great seeing Sand, So Miss, and illinimike on. Like to get alot more people on OS playing.

We had a girl. Didn't find out either so we were surprised. She's doing very well.
