They are on the verge of doing the same thing with Hearthstone too. I used to play daily, but everything they've done in the past few months has killed a ton of interest in the game. Some big name streamers/pros are dropping off, the subreddit for the game has been in a meltdown for the past week with people fed up with the game. They aren't on top of making balance changes so the meta becomes stale and out of control. Not to mention the balance changes they make are so drastic, they essentially remove cards from the game by making them unplayable.

They aren't on top of the competitive scene as well as Valve is. Dota and CS:GO are tweaked in much better ways. Most of the moves they've made recently has seemed to pushed the game more towards the casual side, rather than competitive which is insane given it's consistently the 3rd/4th most viewed game on Twitch behind League, CSGO, and occasioanly Dota.

Not to mention their last expansion of cards was extremely underwhelming aside from 1 card which is so unbalanced its pretty much ruined ranked play.

I don't even bother playing the ranked mode anymore because you see the same 3 decks 90% of the time and none are fun to play against.

IMO Hearthstone is going to way of Yugioh. At first it was a well balanced card game with a equal amount of trap/magic/Monster cards to make a variety of decks. Now it has become a Trap card fest with such unbalance its no longer fun.

free to play ? the overwatch website says otherwise. 40 for the download version 60 for the Origins edition and of course the 130 collectors edition with a collectible statue

The prevalent thought is that the base game will be that price and still a f2p model. Blizzard has been very tight lipped about the matter, which is fishy. That business model sounds horrible, tbh.

I watched the Giant Bomb quick look and I was blown away by how much fun it looked. Can't wait to try it!

I played a game against Ubernoob! He was Hanzo, and I was Zenyatta.



I even killed him as Zenyatta!



And I earned play of the game!

Ahh I see. Afraid there might not be a next time - I was only able to play this weekend as part of the stress test. I still do not have beta access. I would love it though, I had a lot of fun playing it this weekend and cannot wait to play more.

Pretty exited for the open Beta early May. There is supposed to be a stress test this weekend for PC that I'm hoping to get a invite for today. I've been having alot of fun with the Battleborn Beta but Im looking forward to trying this one out for sure.

This game really wasn't on my radar but I played the the open beta and wow is all I can say. This game is flat out fun.

I got to play a little bit during the stress test cause I found some one selling his flagged account on ebay ($20). I loved it just as much as I thought I would. Great fun and I can't wait for the open beta on ps4

Seems a lot like TF2 in a way. Never knew of this. Looks awesome for sure.
