I think I am going to do the same. I played during a free weekend months ago, kinda forgot about it. But am watching The OverGuard Open on PS4 right now and my god does this game look like so much fun. So I am probably going to grab on BF for whoever has it the cheapest.

If you find a squad or even a match where your team works together...the level of fun is nearly unmatched. I play solo mostly (due to my work hours) and still have loads of fun. I've wanted to buy/get BF1 for a couple of weeks now but Overwatch still has my interest.

The good thing also is their DLCs are free so the maps, skins, etc. are free.

That last part is even better. I was thinking to myself today is there a season for this game. And it definitely looks like teamwork is key in this game. I watched some streams today of non-tourney guys just to see how much it really changed. Going from people who been playing together since the week the game came to out to guys who got matched together 10 minutes ago. And I still liked what I saw from it. And I would probably be the same as you. I would just play with solo because I haven't seen anyone on my friends list who plays it.

Jumped back in after a break from season 1. Still the king of FPS and I'm ready to get rolling. Did my placements and was put in Gold.

Love Sombra
Love the changes with Soldier and the nerf to all ults. Oh and the 1 hero limit un-ranked mode. It all really changes the game.

D.Va getting a health buff of 100 is just ridiculous to me...she effectively has 750 health now. I'm also not a fan of the Lucio change to lowering the health he gives out.

The rest...I don't have an issue with. Zarya probably needed a nerf on her DPS (although I think 20% on the damage she absorbs from her barriers is a bit much) and Soldier 76 I felt was slightly under powered.

On a side note, Sombra is substantially powerful...her hack can literally cripple a tank by herself.

Yeah I agree on the Dva health buff. She will continue to be a nightmare when contesting. I actually like what they did with Lucio. He heals several people by just existing. Always seemed a little imbalanced to me when you look at the other supports.

I never play offense heroes but Sombra seems both strong and fun to play.

Pharah seems much stronger now. Not looking forward to her in competitive.

So they're just gonna keep buffing dva until pros pick her more often. Meanwhile Symmetra doesn't even exist right now. One of my biggest problems with the balancing in this game.

And expect a Sombra buff in the future when pros never use her.

That zarya Nerf sucks as a zarya main. I didn't even know of the patch notes but within 5 mins I could almost have stated every thing that was done. I think it's too much on the barrier effect along with the overall ult gain reduction.

Friend was telling me too that a lot of pros are saying that soldier is way overpowered

The funny thing about the Lucio nerf, it still doesn't hurt him because his main utility is the speed boost. His heal has always been secondary so I don't see this nerf really affecting him at all.

I'm amazed how much people play this game. I'm level 170 or so. I have played around 150 hours combined between competitive and quick play + a number of hours on the various brawls since the game released 6 months ago. It blows my mind how much people have played when I frequently see people in the 4 and 5 star range these days. If 5-6 hours per week over the course of 6 months only gets you level 170. How much are you playing to hit 400?

Sombra is incredibly powerful...I'm still on the fence whether I like the fact you can stop her hack when she takes damage (mainly because it annoyed me when I'm using her!).

Also...Solider 76 is insane now.
