Re: Street Fighter V
Other than his weak wakeup game, I like him a lot though. Once I get through beating more characters' survival mode on normal I will probably get Balrog's stage and extra costumes and start playing him a ton online.
This is the most dramatic ranked match I've had with him so far:

Re: Street Fighter V
Balrog's critical art saves the day again!

So far Gigaton Blow is my favorite critical art that I've used in SF V because it's so easy to combo into, it has great range, it's got lots of invincibility frames, and it does tons of damage.
People don't respect you nearly as much as they should when you get a full critical art meter with Balrog.Last edited by jyoung; 07-11-2016, 12:55 AM.Comment

Re: Street Fighter V
Love this game, but Capcom's prices for DLC is ridiculous. I've bought some characters, colors and costumes, but I just saw some new Pro Tour DLC for $24.99. $5 less than the season pass and you hardly get anything. I was thinking about buying the new Ring of Destiny Stage by itself until I saw it was $10. $10 for a stage! Lol, this is wild.Comment

Re: Street Fighter V
I think I'm done with this game. I can't take their DLC pricing. As great as it plays, Capcom's support is shameful and they have proven they don't care about their own community.

Re: Street Fighter V
I have too much fun playing to abandon the game, but their DLC pricing is disgusting. I'll just have to pick and choose what I feel is worth my money. I'm not grinding survivals for fight money, and you only get 50 a pop for ranked matches, which is virtually nothing. Beyond the characters, everything is cosmetic, so it's whatever I guess. It's a shame they went the DOA route, though. That's another fun game that had horrible DLC practices. Fortunately with that game, I was able to download a great number of costumes for free, so it wasn't a big deal.Comment

Re: Street Fighter V
For me, buy the DLC is even worse. My main account was made on PSN US (back when there was not a PSN BR), and my second account was made on PSN BR (which i use to buy games and add-ons). Since all DLC is tied to your fight ID (and your account), i would have to buy PSN US cards to buy the DLC, which is literally 3 times more expensive because of exchange rates. To buy the season pass, i would have to spend (in Brazilian Real) almost the same amount i would need to spend to buy the full game.
Why can't the DLC work like every other content, which can be used by every account on the same system?
Capcom is trying to rip us off, and it's a shame they can't fix the game before throwing tons of costumes for us to buy (because "everyone knows costumes >>> balace, right?")PSN ID/Street Fighter V Fighter ID: razorkaosComment

I think it's safe to say that this first SFV EVO on ESPN 2 has been a success. Some really good drama. Good showing by LI Joe. He did America proud.Comment

Re: Street Fighter V
One thing is for sure: Chun is even better than i thought.
She's my second char (she and Bison), and the more i play Chun, the more i like her. She's not the unstoppable monster she was in Third Strike, but she's almost there.
It's funny how no one uses her diagonal + HK, something that was a killer in Third Strike and even SF4PSN ID/Street Fighter V Fighter ID: razorkaosComment
