Yeah, I really don't get it either. There are other games listed online that aren't on sale where the Gamer's Club discount shows up, but not Battlefront.

Just left Best Buy, they did a manual override to give me the Gamer's Club price on Battlefront II.

Any one else surprised that BB has not done a buy 2 get one free yet this holiday season and that they have not done one of those spend 100 save 25 with visa check out things?

The Visa Checkout promotion was literally too good to be true. They pulled it as soon as they found out they were pretty much losing money. Even if you bought items over $100 and then promptly returned some of them to go back under $100 for the total transaction, the promotion still applied and discounted your individual items somewhat. So yeah, I'd love for it to come back! I don't expect it to, though.

Last year I think BB only had a B2G1F on used games, and they are currently running a buy one get one 50% off on select new games (same as a B2G1F if it's games that you want!). Probably the best deal you'll get from them at this point.

I don't remember it being on new games. I remember waiting and waiting to see if Watch Dogs 2 would turn up used so I could take advantage of three games I was targeting, but it never did so I never applied it.

As for the Visa Checkout, you're right they did it at least one more time. I was hoping they'd do it again when I was ready to purchase a PS4 Pro, but it never happened again. Both times they terminated the promotion before they scheduled to, though. It really is a steal.
