Yeah I wish the stores like Best Buy could sell redeem codes for games on the PSN. From time to time there is a game I want the digital copy of, but I still buy the physical copy because it is cheaper with GCU.

You won't receive the preorder credit until the purchase points hit your My Best Buy account, which will be between 15-45 days. You should have already gotten your code though.

The product purchase is already shown. Thats the problem, I only recieved the points from the purchase and not the bonus 10 dollars worth.

But it's just showing as pending. Once it kicks through that part, the 1000 bonus points will show. And it'll be pending for a while because of the return period.

I bought a laptop the friday before Easter and the points still haven't gone through, I have almost 1,000 waiting from that transaction. They will show up

You still have 15 days to return the game after it's released so that is probably why it hasn't issued. If they issue too soon you could return the game after already using the points. Which would create a mess.

Edit - Or not. I didn't see points were already issued for part of the purchase.

It could still be a valid point that you don't get the points for pre-ordering until the game has actually come out and then it processes.

I would just PM one of their mods on the bestbuy message board, anytime I've had an issue with points I've contacted one of them and they will respond asking for your order info and I've been taken care of each time I've had an issue.

I went on forums and they ended up sending me a email stating they are adding the point to my account. Just checked and sure enough they are there.
