After accepting the invite a dozen times and submitting a support ticket my code showed up late last night. Thanks to everyone that tried to help.

Sam sites make it hard to fly, the more I explore the more I'm excited about. The starting zone is pretty basic, and it should get more challenging the further we get out.

I also saw a chopper providing cover for a convoy

To get outside the map, you melee an ai with less then 1.5 sec on the clock and because of the animation, it won't kill you. You can go explore, but the map isn't fully loaded.
Some city areas will just be blank, your pretty safe with the areas you can eee from the beta zone.
People are finding weapons and attachments in other map areas using this.

After spending the whole weekend with the beta; I'm kinda disappointed.

This looks like Far Cry and MGS had a baby who's older sibling is just cause.

I am also a little concerned at how repetitive this game seems to be.

Yeah, wondering how smart the AI can get, if they'll start using drones and stuff themselves.

                    Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands

This game could definitely use another 6-12 months in the oven, I am still buying this game day one though. It has its issues but its fun and lets me live out my fantasy of being a spook. The one thing that makes me optimistic that Ubi will get their sh__ together is that they have big DLC plans, If the game is crap at launch then the DLC is a waste of money. Hopefully the game that ships is better than the Beta.

Im sure I will look at this game like i looked at Alpha Protocol, fun but a missed opportunity.

Pressing the left or right bumper brings up a command wheel to give orders to your unit or the rebels(when u unlock them). I will give ubisoft one thing about this game and that is it is truly ambitious in it's size. I will leave my issues with the enemy a.i. alone as that could be due to the age of this build. Hope it gets better later on in the final build. Imo good a.i. is the most important thing in this kind of game.
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

If it came out on a different date, despite its flaws, I know I would have fun co-op with friends. But Horizon Zero Dawn and Zelda give me better open world games for my $60 within a week of Ghost Recon's release date.

No matter the game, you just can't shake the GTA from some people. I never saw him jump out of the helicopter -- it was almost too late. Worst teammate ever.

Yeah, I saw this in the gameplay videos that I watched. Very good.

True. I'll be playing Horizon first and then Ghost Recon.
