Not sure if you watch Easy Allies (former members of GameTrailers) but they have a video where they talk about GRW....with Brandon Jones playing all single player in that closed beta. Mostly all positive impressions. Go to - 1:31:00.

The story is simple - there's a drug cartel in Bolivia. Eliminate the drug cartel in Bolivia. LOL. Obviously, im sure that there's more to it than that but don't forget, the beta only had the very first region. There's 21 regions in the game so not expecting really anything story wise in the first region.

I got a survey about the closed beta and I went in and filled it out, took me a bit but I really gave it some thought out effort.

And yes ExtremeGamer - I did mention the stupid looking rain white splotches on the ground, LOL

I played for an hour or 2 during the beta but ended up switching over to titanfall 2. GRW just didn't grab me how I hoped. It would be fun with a group but I fear the missions will be repetitive and I didn't enjoy the controls and shooting. I did laugh at loading up your squad in a jeep and barrel rolling it down a mountain, then everyone hops out unfazed and ready for action. I'll try it again during the open beta but I'm leaning towards passing on this one.

Hearing the enemy AI is pretty wack in this and the new sniper elite game.

Don't these devs realize that's a big part of what made the old school tactical shooters so good ? Deadly enemy AI, combined with high bullet damage and no on screen helpers. That's what creates the tension.

Don't remember the AI being a big deal in GRAW. Usually just tried to overwhelm you with numbers.

On top of that I'm sure they'll ramp up the highest difficulty based on the closed beta feedback.
