Did you change something up that's making it more enjoyable to you now?

It seemed like the bugs were killing it for you. I'm genuinely curious as to what's changed.

I looked past the issues and had a good hour or two play session. The bugs and dlc issues are still driving me nuts but just wanted to play and had fun.

I think also I was genuinely enjoying the mission with the boss. The storyline was cool and it was fun raiding his camp at night and kidnapping him.

Although, I was disappointed that it wasn't like the original "white hat" trailer. I killed him my first attempt and failed the mission because of it lol. Almost shut it down then but I went a second route though and did it correctly.

I still haven't played co-op. Not sure I will anytime soon. Everyone has groups already and my online times don't match up either. Oh well.

That's why these 4 player co op games don't work out for me very well most of the time. I had the same problem with GTA and Heists. I'm definitely waiting it out at this point..

Glad so many are having fun with it.. rough time to come out with BF1 DLC a few days away.

I've been trying to find out online what the highest rank you can reach in this game but still can't find any info.

                  Re: Ghost Recon Wildlands

So 10 hours in, we've only taken down 3 of the underlings (of 3 different underbosses, oops). This game is going to take a bit, lol. I'm level 14 and focusing on getting all of the end-of-tree abilities, got the weapon one last night (+accuracy).

We've had our share of bugs though. Our first session instead of letting me assist on a mission I'd done before, it would let me join and then 5 seconds later give me credit for completing it, again, including the graphic on the screen that says +350 exp. I probably did it a dozen times, but there's no way to tell if I actually got the exp.

We were starting to feel more and more comfortable in the game, and then suddenly we're dealing w/ SAM sites, blow horns signaling for reinforcements and relentless Unidad patrols. Lesson learned from all of these is press forward to your objective, hunkering down means 30+ minutes of fighting until you all die or just hide until things blow over. Sure, it can be fun, but you're no longer working towards your objectives.

Back to bugs, we were trying to do a convoy story mission... never had an arrow.

Fun, fun game. Not as fon solo. Exponentially so w/ friends.

So many hilarious moments. Last night I was driving a truck we'd stolen from from a Unidad base. It took a lot of damage on the way out, my escort had to turn around and peel the last truck or two in pursuit off of us so we didn't blow up. Gingerly driving it the final stretch, billowing smoke and afraid any wrong move will make the effort all for nothing, i swerve around a couple of civilians in the road just 100 meters from where we need to turn in the vehicle.

                  They weren't civilians.

One volley of bullets, mission failed. @#%!@#

The over the top response by Unidad often has me not too concerned w/ the wonky damage models/vehicle abilities. On our second run I noticed there was breakable fence on the far side of the base... which happened to line up w/ where the truck was. Once we'd cleared a path I hoped in, said 'yolo!' and gunned it through the fence ... and off a small cliff. Making my way to a road, I easily made my way to the objective.

There were people in the road again, I took no chances and plowed through them as I barreled towards the finish line.

                  'Civilian Killed' it said, oops.

                  But hey, mission accomplished.

I was having issues w/ Beam, meant to set things up to use another service and then I would have. Maybe next weekend. I haven't been very happy w/ the quality, only really been using it to test the Windows 10 integration - https://beam.pro/mestevo

So is SP worth a buy or wait for a price drop?

Online pretty much says price drop but wanted to hear opinions here.

Worth a buy. I'm running solo because I like a challenge. I find running coop makes the game way too easy and reading Mestvo post just further confirms it. He took out 3 underbosses people already. So far I only took out the GF and BF pair. So they are really flying through the game and don't seem to be really exploring.

I been exploring, doing rebel missions, intel missions, getting guns and accessories. My strategy guide was delivered today. 590 pages. Over all I find the game balanced enough that you can have fun either way depending on your personality. I know some people can only enjoy games playing with people.

But trust me, you can definitely have fun with this game running solo. The AI teammates aren't the best in the world, but they are serviceable. Running solo makes you slow down more, think more, plan more. Get 4 humans together though and everybody enters on 4 different sides of a base, you will wreak havoc. The enemy AI, even on the hardest difficulty isn't good enough for 1 human player let alone 4 human players.

The story line though is engrossing and top notch.

                              On a side note.........

First time trying to sky dive from a cliff I died. Hit the wrong button and literally just walked off the cliff. Same thing when I first trying to parachute from a helicopter, didn't realize parachute wasn't unlocked yet, died.

So far being exploring the north and southeast part of the map. Safest way to do this IMO is flying over places. I got all the rebel help categories unlocked. My best kill so far was when this LT went driving off, I hopped on a motorcycle and chased him for 3K meters but my bike got shot up and died. Thankfully it was on long straight away so I hopped off and just opened fire on his hummer looking vehicle with my assault rifle, ended up killing him from a good 300 meters away, mission complete.

I do like that the enemy do sleep in this game. Been several times I caught them sleeping on mats inside of houses.

This game is actually a pretty easy platinum trophy on PS4. There's only 1 online trophy and that is playing 3 missions on co op.
