Hopefully not a dumb question, but can you kill Jason?
How can the counsellors win? By lasting x-amount of time?

You can kill Jason, but they said it will be extremely difficult today. Counselors win by getting away. There are different objectives to complete certain things to be able to get away.

Find parts to fix a truck
Find parts to fix a boat
Find a phone, repair it, call the cops, wait 10 minutes *game time* for them to show up and they spawn a random spot on the map.

Each method only saves a certain amount of people. Like the vehicle saves 4 people, the boat holds 2 people, so you all can't leave together.

Man, I'm very tempted to get this game.
My biggest issue with online games is that I'm terrible. There isn't a group of people that would enjoy having me on their side.
I'd feel like a complete 5th wheel and would probably only get in other people's way as I tried to help avoid Jason.

I know us at OS wouldn't care. For $30, I hope it's a steal. Better to decide now and wait until release and have to pay $60.

My understanding is that the digital version will still be $30 after launch. I could be wrong on that but I don't think I am.

I think it could have been cool to have it where the last person alive gets items unlocked on the map to "kill" Jason. Like Maybe have a trance button if your're a woman. She says "It's me Jason, you're a good boy!" The person playing Jason can't move and then the Woman player stabs him with a machete Then you run to the cops to escape. Or have a rope on a tree unlocked or weapons to use on him, but you have to sneak up on him, and the person playing Jason loses his abilities so he can't see.

Is this looking like a 2017 game? I can't wait to add this to my gaming library, I absolutely love these kind of games!

They charged everyone who wasn't previously charged last Friday. They said they will charge everyone on the last Friday of the month going forward.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to mean much.

Game looks like it might be interesting. Not really finding a ton of gameplay stuff, though. That concerns me a bit, so I don't want to lock in a buy yet, even at $30. I'll see how things look when it drops, assuming it will still be $30 then. Hopefully I run across some in-depth footage soon.
