Curious how this comes when it comes to platinum trophies. Does the plat criteria stay as it is with the original content only, or does it change with respect to the trophies that are added with the game? If the latter, do some people get their plats "granfathered in" if they already had it before updating their game?

More I play better this game gets. I am on my 2nd play threw this time doing side mission first time didn't and only finished at 67% over all right now just finished act 2 on this 2nd play threw and I am at like 80% done all the side mission and started doing the different like challenge things like the outpost stuff and what not and those make the game so much better. I can see my self playing those over and over again like the challenge maps in the Arkham games adds so much replay value and some of those are really hard to get ultimate rank on when it comes to the trickmaster and that is good because the main game was kind of easy. This may be like a top 15 game all time for me and better than maybe 2 of the 4 Arkham games better than aslyum for sure.

Just finished up my replay of Witcher 3 and started this. Looks like it’s going to be a steep learning curve for me. I’m getting demolished by EVERYone and it feels like they’re throwing way too much at me too fast! 😣

i suck at these type of games, but i find them fun. i'm playing on the simplest/easiest of levels because im that bad.

question: am i missing out on anything by doing so?

Welp, I've done so many side quests I didn't know how to grasp my completion percentage.

I had the big fight in the train. After some comments by Spider-Man, I'm thinking, wow I guess thats the ending.

I walked away and grabbed a snack. While grabbing that snack I'm thinking about this ending. It was very laid back but Spider-Man has more work to do so it's not like everything is over. I accept this as a plausible explanation. Besides I have some side missions to complete. I'm at 75%. There's work to be done.

So I sit down and check out my trophies to determine what else I need to do. And that's when it happens. I don't have a trophy for Act 2 or 3.

****. I only finished Act I. I'm a moron.

I think they changed it in the last update. I don't remember it saying "Campaign Progress" on the map. Either way I'm sitting at 85% and the only things I have left on the map are random crimes for a couple of districts.

(i'm 46 - so i've reached the point in life where i simply don't care if i'm mocked anymore).

49 here and playing on the middle level (amazing i believe). Had a hard time when starting but did a lot of side mission stuff so i could upgrade spidey a bit.

When fighting it’s all about dodging. Once i got the hang of that i did’nt die so much anymore.
Now i’m facing some tougher crews and just died again, but i was a bit rusty because i hadn’t played it for over a week.

I suggest playing on any level you are comfortable with. Us oldies cannot match the speedy reflexes of all these youngsters in here.

Once I put my pride aside and instantly went to playing games on easy instead of normal my enjoyment of games went way up. It doesn't matter how fun a game is when you die all the time its not enjoyable. Don't worry about the difficulty level play on easy and enjoy it plus you can always switch it up to normal down the line once you upgrade stuff

You can always change the difficulty if you think it's too easy. Unless you're like me and playing on Spectacular and you're basically a Spider-God by the end of the game.

I'm not gloating, but I can finish most encounters by simply spamming the combo finisher. Combine that with the ability to immediately do an additional finisher (thereby doubling the total from 6 to 12 with a full focus bar) and the suit power to accelerate generation of focus and you can roll through most enemies like butter.
