I just finished the PS5 version and it was a masterpiece. I didn't want the game to end. Great visuals and audio and the story was a great ride!

I originally watched walk-throughs of both games a couple years ago because i wasn't sure I would want to play it. I recently played The Last of Us Part 1 because I had it through PS Plus. I really enjoyed the game, story, and Visuals. I have Gamefly, so yesterday I put it on my queue since I was returning 2 other games. It got shipped today and should be in Friday. So, I'm looking forward to playing it. I watched a walk-through already, so I know the story. But, it's been a couple years, so it'll feel fresh

I originally watched walk-throughs of both games a couple years ago because i wasn't sure I would want to play it. I recently played The Last of Us Part 1 because I had it through PS Plus. I really enjoyed the game, story, and Visuals. I have Gamefly, so yesterday I put it on my queue since I was returning 2 other games. It got shipped today and should be in Friday. I did nearly the same thing, except I watched my brother play the first game and only got through watching a bit of streams of the second.

Ended up watching season 1 and that gave me the itch to play - after thinking I also wouldn't enjoy the gameplay loop - Part One and Two.

Unpopular opinion ahead, but I loved the pacing, storyline and 'visceral' feeling of the second game.

I do watch a lot of walk throughs. I used to do it because I'm very picky when it comes to the games I buy and I usually know which games I want to play or just watch. I have had Gamefly again for the past couple years. So, the walk throughs I watch are the games where I don't really like the style of gameplay, but I want to experience the story. For example, I'm not into the Resident Evil gameplay, but I watched the walk throughs

I thought The Last of Us games were games I just wanted to watch a walk through once and be done with it. I enjoyed the walk throughs a couple years ago. I never really planned on playing those games. I only decided to play The Last of Us Part 1 because it was a Pro Enhanced game and I already had it on my PS Plus library. Even when I started it, I stopped initially and went back to playing a different game I rented. But, I'm glad I played it through. I didn't plan on renting the Last of Us Part 2 yet. But, I finished one game I rented and realized I didn't care for the other game I rented. So, I had the open Gamefly slot to rent TLOU 2.

Just finished this game. Watching it through a walk through did this game no justice. It was a great experience. It being a remaster and Pro enhanced, it was a visually great game. Enjoyed the story and gameplay.


Not sure why it got as much hate as it did when it came out. Not sure how I feel about the new Naughty Dog game, but definitely giving it a chance
