Too many people like that part. Remind them of the Matrix. At least they severely limited it in recent Assassin's Creeds.

Ok so, in the 2nd half of the game, the jump in level requirements to do missions is pretty big. So onward to do some more side quests. I feel as though I have done well over 50 side quests so far. But yeah I am a level 33 and the person I have to go after is a level 46. Like what ????? That is a mighty big leap in requirement there. There are a whole gang of targets that are level 46 through 50.

I don't think I ever played a game with this many side quests. There is no way around it either. Game is basically 90% side quests and hunting for materials, 10% main story. One way to look at it though, you definitely get your money worth out of this game. It will last you a very long time. Origins took me around 50 hours. I almost 50 hours now in Odyssey and am a long way from beating this game.

Nothing is more annoying then choosing to spare somebody's life, just to see them later on being a menace. Well have you saying I should have killed that person. The most important skill to master is the dodge. Middle and 2nd half of the game you will be doing a ton of dodging during fights. Most of the time you will be dodging incoming arrow attacks. Like I said days ago, enemies in their 20s and above all seem to have either poison or fire attacks. The poison attacks aren't too bad, but the fire attacks do a quite a bit of damage.

I feel as though I should be fighting with a spear since I am a Spartan. But I just love a sword. Always have in Assassin's Creed games. Never was a fan of daggers or heavy weapons. Find it odd majority of black smiths sell Athenian weapons and armor. Even in Sparta it is that way. Kind of weird. You would think in all places, Sparta would sell majority Spartan weapons and armor.

Ok according to the game, I have logged 44 1/2 hours so far. Just hit level 32. The max level is 50. Still got a long way to go for the story line being that some of these missions require you to be a level 50. Unlike Origins, you really don't stand a chance against higher ranked enemies, especially once you get into the mid 20s and higher.

Because you're reliving the past and abstergo still after you, so i guess it's just a way to give us a bit of the current day AC game people have been wanting. I don't really care for the sequences either though.

This game is massive as Madskillz has said and yea the side quest are ridiculous, I thought Witcher was bad with the side quest but damn.

I'm really not digging the auto adjustment on the quest and the enemies based on your level. Liked the Origins system better in that aspect.

Great game though.

Just a few tips for gaining XP -

- The side quests from the message boards as well as the NPC's with an "hourglass" icon above their heads are all randomly generated meaning that they will never end. This consists of contracts, bounties, etc. If anyone decides to do these (I don't even accept any of them), check the rewards and see what color box the XP is in. If it's Gold, that's a high amount of XP. Basically, the rewards are setup the same as all the weapons and equipment.

- Another good XP gain is conquest battles so if you see one available, fast travel before that last status bar goes empty and do it. Attacking successfully will give you at least 10000+ XP while defending will give you at least 8000+ XP.

I found out I was selected to participate. I can play the game on my laptop until January 2019. Wish I had brought my controller with me on my work trip.



Going to at least test it out later to see how it runs and will give it a real run next week once I'm home and can connect my PS4 controller.

I don't get it. They both sound the same to me. Neither one sound better then the other.
