Can't tell if I just beat the game? It at least seems like a Ng+, currently going through the old biomes with the permanent unlocks from late game. No more mission objective marker or anything

Seeing a lot of Tweets about the latest patch corrupting saves FYI.
Also apparently before today's patch you could connect a keyboard to your PS5 and access dev commands/cheats, lol.Comment

Fired this up today for the first time since release day. Took me a few hours and deaths, but I beat the first biome’s boss. If it hit me one more time I would have died, so it was quite the rush at the end before I killed it. Explored the second biome a little bit before dying. This game is pretty damn cool, and so intense.Comment

This game is one of the coolest games I’ve ever played, while also being one of the most frustrating lol.
Was having a really good run with a sweet weapon, a bunch of integrity and artifacts and a few nice consumables. I feel like I was right near the boss in the second biome...and I died in the dumbest way possible and lost it all. It feels so satisfying when you’re doing good because it really feels earned, but man does it suck when you die and lose everything.Comment

Probably on my 5th attempt trying to take out the second boss. I had it all planned out suit was leveled up had my favorite gun and some nice augments. Then got cocky and swapped guns right before the boss fight aaaaaand I'm dead about 2 hours of work flushed because of becoming over confident.

So torn on this game.
On one end, I love the gameplay. It’s so fun and addicting.
On the other hand, there are so many things that are super frustrating. I just died on the second boss 6-7 times. I can get back to it pretty quickly which is nice, but if I take that route I feel like I’m way too underpowered to beat it. I’ll have some crap gun that does no damage and end up dying on the last phase every time. Or, ill try to spend a bunch of time in biome 1 to have a nice build when I get to biome 2 and then the boss. But I’ll spend all that time and end up dying in some really stupid way and have wasted all of that time for nothing, ending up back at the beginning.
One moment, I’m totally in love with this game. The next, I want to uninstall it and never play it again. I really need to start diving into RE Village so I’m taking a break from this game. And as much as I like certain aspects of it, the frustrations might outweigh the good parts for me. So maybe I’ll end up never coming back to this. Which is a shame because the gameplay itself is great. It just sucks playing it for hours and having nothing to show for it...over and over again.Comment

Fired this up, 100% expecting to die at the second boss yet again. On today’s first attempt, I beat it with almost no life left to spare. The same thing happened to me with the first boss when I beat it. This game is too intense it’s going to give me a heart attack lolComment
