It's a much known rule of thumb... did you know you can turn on red in most places too?

The problem with mine, it was a 65, then turned to a 55. The parkway is so gay. It shouldn't be 55 because no one goes 55 in the first place.

Got ya. That's true. Hell, I think it's 60 on the Turnpike... people are always doing 90+.

What's the county/town though? It should say it on the ticket.

Passaic/Clifton. I was almost home. 2 more miles.

It doesn't say a fine though, do you know where I can find that out. I've been trying to see online.

Here in MD they write the fine on the ticket, well actually they check off a little box, and it was the same way in TX.

Is there little boxes with different fine amounts?

No where on it. In the winter, I got a ticket for failure to inspect, given wrongfully since I just register the car and had 14 days to get an inspection, that ticket was given at 3AM outside my house, anyway it had the fine amount and court date. We went to court, and obviously won the case. That ticket had the fine amounts on the back, this one doesn't. It says I can check online with my ticket number and such, but it doesn't show up yet, maybe try tomorrow.

Yea I think it should probably take 24 hours to update in the system since its just a traffic ticket.

It should tell you how to figure that out on the back.

It should be something like $55 plus $5 for every mile over the speeding limit...

I didn't do the math... but that's going to run you quite a bit of money....

My cousin is in Union so let me see if he can do anything. I believe they are limited to certain counties. He's in Bergen and that's outside of it.

I got a speeding ticket back in may for going 50 in a 35 or something like that. I think it was about a $150.

So true. It's near impossible to get pulled over on the Turnpike or GSP, unless you drive in the HOV lanes on the Turnpike. Then they'll pull you over.

They are getting tough around here. I've seen numerous cars being stopped lately. Probably had to fill their quote, being the end of the month.
