Nice job O' you are looking leaner.

kind of hitting some road blocks in my work outs.. earlier in the week I got some great work outs in.. but as the week went along I was just getting drained from work.. and I've lost some of my enthusiasm to work out.. I tried to finish my work outs earlier, and some days I'd want to put in an extra rest day before another work out.

it's just so hard when you go to work for 8-9 hours to come home and feel like you want to work out. Lately I've just been exhausted, and fatigued after I come home from my shift.

Yeah you can certainly tell a difference ODogg, nice work.

Still trying to figure out if I want to take the time to lose the little bit of extra fat I've put on from trying to bulk up, or just keep pushing it and try to get where I want to be sooner.

Thanks guys...my goal is to get to 225. I've got about 50 pounds more to go but I am confident I will get there.

          You definitely look leaner.

Keep up the smiling and you could be back in the game.

So I did P90X this week and I enjoyed it. I think I'll stick with it for the full 90 days. I love the yoga session and the Ab Ripper X is as tough of an ab workout as I've ever done or seen for that matter.

Nice job Odogg! Good progress, obviously you know what's working so just gotta stick with it untill you reach you goals.

I've got the p90x ab ripper workout on my cpu and was gonna try it out soon and if i like it might pick up the full set.

C'mon... don't lose the motivation to workout, Feared.

The key thing here is doing and finishing the routine. Your energy level isn't going to be high all the time going into a workout. So whenever you come across those days where you feel this is the case, try to lighten the training weight for every exercise and grind it out. For example, if you're usually curling with a 25-pound dumbbell for each arm on your biceps workout, maybe look to curl a 15-pound dumbbell instead for this day. But make sure to get in all the required (bare minimum) reps and sets with that reduced training weight. Just keep in mind that doing a relatively easier workout is better than doing no workout. The most important thing is to establish and maintain a consistent workout regimen for as often as you can.

                    Just finished p90x today actually.

The 3 months actually went by pretty quickly! I adhered to a version of their diet (lower carbs/fat etc...) and had to grind through a few workouts when I didn't feel motivated. I only missed one day (but made it up) and it definitely paid off.

Now I'm going to do the workout 3X a week but without the kenpo/yoga/or legs and back. Since it's summer I bike/run/hike/climb enough where I'll be getting better workouts than those.

                    Good luck!

My new job is 10 hours of sitting at a desk all day and driving. There hasnt been enough time in the day to get workouts in yet. I just hope my body adjusts.

Im ready to goto bed at 9 every night, its BS.

Re: For all you guys wanting to gain muscle, size, etc.

I'm building a gym in my garage.

Spent $250 to start things off and got the following off craigslist (picked it up today)

Mediocre power rack (Not heavy duty but I'm gonna get a REAL one. It will cost me ~$500 )
Bench with incline capability (Pretty good shape, I'm happy with it)
                            45 lb bar
                            25 lb EZ curl bar
                            4 clips
                            Plates: 45x2, 35x2, 25x2, 10x6, 5x2, 2.5x2

Power rack has lat pulldown on it. Like I said it's mediocre but even without that I got a great deal IMHO. The plates are in awesome shape and the bench is also in good shape.

                            Need to get the following:
                            REAL power rack
                            2 more 45s
Dumbbells (gonna get the Weider power blocks ~$300 )

Basically gonna hunt on CL daily to build up my gym. I'll post pics in the near future once I build it up a little.

                            I'm pumped!

Absolutely...biggest changes were in chest and shoulders.

Like I said before, it works. But if I were to do 50 pullups/100 pushups/400 situps 4 days a week, that might've worked as well. As with everything, you get out of it what you put into it.
