Don't feel bad. My left calf is smaller than my right calf as a result of a club foot that I was born with and the subsequent surgery performed to correct this problem. It's still fairly muscular, but the difference in size is noticeable. I'm a bit self-conscious about it, especially during shorts-wearing season, but it's really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Didn't really get committed to it until around this past November. Since then I've been working out consistently (usually 5 or 6 light work outs a week), so I guess right around 6 months now.

Start each exercise that splits between left and right sides of bodies with your weak side. For example, if you were right handed (or right over developed) start curls reps with your left hand.

If you are going to the gym, hitting the weights the right way, getting your cardio in, and having a great diet (as I'm expecting that they supply you with a diet guide).....you're going to see some great freaking results after 90 days or three straight months of doing everything the right way.

IMO, it's a waste of money.

But, if that's what it takes for someone to be disciplined and stick to their program, then the best of luck to anyone that has it.
The thing that probably helps the most is the constant variation of exercises. So many people go to the gym and do the same routine for an entire year.

I agree. I wouldn't PAY for it, but I definitely would use it.

How many different exercises is in that Ab Ripper routine? While glancing at the P90X informercial I usually only see the particular exercise where a person would sit on the floor with his/her feet off the ground then do some kind of rapid twisting movement, going back and forth across the torso while keeping his/her hands together.

I think somewhere around 9-11 but I'm not sure, it gets your lower abs a ton which is great and also why I was probably struggling like hell, lol. Haven't squatted or DL'd in about three years so I'm sure my lower abs are weak as hell.

I did dips today at the end of my chest/triceps workout figuring they'd be easy and I'd just do a few sets to tire myself out at the end, but holy **** they are tough. I barely got through my 3 sets of 10 and my lower chest is so sore.

I upped my trainer workout sessions to 45 minutes and did a crazy workout yesterday. Today I feel like i've been hit by a train, LOL. I did lose 2 pounds this past week though and 13 pounds overall in 4 weeks since I have started working with her.

Heh, dips are no joke as finishing exercises for chest/triceps workout routine. Doing them shapes the lower and inner part of the chest well. I don't know the technical details on whether this is true or not, but dips seem to work parts of the lower chest that incline pushups and dumbbell flys on a declining bench doesn't. But maybe that's just me.

Hey all, I just thought i'd post my new picture since I've lost 15 pounds and I'm very happy with the results. I don't think I look fat in the face anymore...most of my fat now is just in my belly region around my belly button (the ol' spare tire).

Oh and for your reference here is a picture of when I was at my fattest, about 300 pounds in this shot..
