                The problem is this:
                We always tell people they should stop smoking because it's not good for them. If I go tell an overweight individual to stop eating a hamburger because it's not good for them I'm viewed as very rude person.

                This to me is the problem because we accept people being overweight. Your body isn't supposed to carry a bunch of excess fat.

                Oh, and the key word in your statement is "if". The reality is that most people could care less about being shape because it's being accepted in today's world. I'm not bashing people I'm just calling it how I see it. I have more respect for people who take care of their bodies than those who neglect their own physical health/shape.
                Can't disagree with anything you said. Harsh but true. Many people don't care but most were born into bad situations (eating habit wise) and we all know once something is instilled in your "DNA" it is hard to change

                  Also, i have noticed a significant drop in lean muscle mass since I stopped eating eggs.

                    On my diet I eat 10 whole eggs a day...haha

                    Had a great leg workout which involved the best exercise ever: squats.

                    135x6 (warm up)
                    185x6 (warm up)
                    225x8
                    275x8
                    295x6
                    315x4

                    A spotter would be nice to move up weight...but I might as well just try and increase reps.

                    Some people go to the bench press for their ego, I go to the squat rack!

                        Yea 6-3 so that makes squatting even harder.

                        BUT, you're the basketball player and I'm pretty flexible for a guy. I do proper hip warm ups and stretches prior to lifting.

                            kettlebells are great. i have a 35 lb and use it a few times a week. it is good for incorporating cardio into the weight training. the swings and stuff you can do with them are great for core training too...
