Haha wow, I've been there before, a couple years ago. I'm actually moving back to the area in a few weeks. I may be getting a job in one of the new mall stores that's opening in September. More retail, which I have a sometime sort of like/hate relationship with but I'll get to save money till I start taking classes again.

Ever see that movie Waiting...that's all I think about when I go to restaurants now. Kind of crazy how I'm that same age now and basically doing the exact same thing. Inching my way through college credit by credit while working various and usually crappy jobs. Good to know I'm not alone, although one of the reasons I don't mind retail is because I usually end up meeting people just like me. Just kind of hanging out for awhile, not in a real hurry to go to/finish college since I don't really know what I want to do if I finished anyways.
We're everywhere...slackers of the world unite, although I suppose someone would have to lead this revolt, I know I can't do it, I just don't have the time. I'm like, busy man... got some stuff I need to do. Maybe next week.

Just playing bro. What happened to turn you from journalism?
Haha, I was just joshin about those grammatical and spellings errors.

Man, I'm tellin you Nordstrom's women's shoes department is where it's at. Not only is the dept crawling with attractive mothers, daughters, if you work you'll see it in your pay check. Only "downside" is wearing a three-piece getup and having to run up and down stairs in the GYNORMOUS stock room.

My writing dream is temporarily ended. I was the sports page editor back in high school and I was really thinking that that was going to be my career. Then I gave it a lot of thought over these past few years.. after just entering college, and my passion/love for it just went away. I just kept thinking about deadlines, and the fact that my interest in sports might wane since I'd be trying to write about it every single day.

Maybe one day I'll get into it again. I could always try while I'm teaching P.E. [what I plan on doing].

Well I just got a job as a Dishwasher at a local Ice Cream/Diner Restraunt I make 7.50 an hour for doing Dishwashing, and other simple tasks such as Take out trash, dump grease buckets, carry the buckets of dirty plates and cups after the waitresses put them in there. I have to say after only a couple times of working people really waste food, sometimes it seems some customers only take like 3 sips of a drink and a couple bites of the food and just stop eating. Only bad thing is the grossness of the food but I get used to it.
18-1 hell of a season regardless

Financial Analyst for a major Men's retail/tuxedo rental company. I've been with the company about 2 years and enjoy it. Started out as a Junior Analyst and hopefully within a year or two, I'll be a senior analyst. Moved from Nor. Cali to Houston for the job and it's probably been the best decision my wife and I have made.

Prior to that, though, It seems like I've done just about everything.

You definitely look the role, heck I was just in Best buy the other day complaining to customer service and watched the Geek Squad in action, and all I could think was, "All 4 of those dudes look like Giggas from Operation Sports".
