Just wanted to toss this out to anyone with expertise on the topic. My hours have changed recently at work, and now I'm due in at 5am every weekday.
With that said, since I don't drink coffee, I'm finding it easier to get going in the morning after a can or two of Red Bull. My question is, is it bad for you? Am I elevating a risk of heart attack or anything by downing a can or two each morning, five days a week?
Any help would be appreciated. I'm due for a physical at the doctor's office in a week or so, and I'll be asking my doctor about it. I just thought I'd get solicit you guys for any additional information you may have.
