I don't drink, man... but moderation is a good thing to practice, ya know? I know we're all gonna die but it's better to be somewhat healthy on your way instead of gorging on alcohol and fatty foods. I mean, I had homemade fried chicken tonight for dinner, but in no way am I eating fried chicken and other fried foods every day for every meal. See what I'm saying?Rose City 'Til I Die

Re: Red Bull bad for you?

I won't care about how bad or unhealthy stuff I put into my body is until I gain weight. I'm not gonna watch what I eat/drink when I'm 125 pounds and look like Twiggy Smalls. I don't really have a choice with the soda. For one it tastes good, and for two, when I don't drink it, I can't stay awake and I get massive headaches. I'll use Gatorade to hydrate me. I don't know what it is about water, but I absolutely despise it. I can't explain it really. You are so bizarre.

I gave up sodas (well... except for the occaisional one) and I drink mostly Propel, but straight from a tap or water fountain is fine too.

You don't drink water, but you're fine with putting soda and energy drinks into you... I mean, I don't want to put myself above you, but you have to be aware how bad that is.Comment

Re: Red Bull bad for you?

You sound completely addicted to caffiene... plus gaining weight like that isn't good. Trust me, I used to chug soda as well. I've got a gut and I'm about 245... and I wish I hadn't had soda so much.I won't care about how bad or unhealthy stuff I put into my body is until I gain weight. If you want to gain weight, do weights or something. Drink more Gatorade than soda.

Because you don't want to have a gut... trust me, it sucks.Rose City 'Til I Die

Super sizes me baby! I have been fit my whole life. About 8% body fat, but last year I decided to get fat and out of shape it is easier to maintain it. Though I am still fit, I am trying! Though I am still fit, I am trying!Comment

You have a fast metabolism, you can't do anything about that, when you get older it will slow down. If you want to put weight on, you can try a eating 3 meals a day and have a slim fast to drink with 2 of them. Or a milkshake.Comment

How I wish, how I wish you were here. We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl year after year. Running over the same old ground. What have we found? The same old fears. Wish you were here.Comment

Theres only one thing I wont drink and thats gatorade! Why because gatorade moreso then anything else rots you teeth.
