Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
When your tv listings do not tell you the episode details about an upcoming show it just shows the default show description.
A rerun of The Big Bang Theory was coming on and instead of it telling me what episode it was it said: Two nerdy physicists share an apartment and an unlikely friendship with their beautiful neighbor with whom one of them is infatuated.
Pretty minor thing but it annoys me to know end.
What's more annoying is when they don't actually list an episode as new and/or change the episode description AFTER you set your DVR to record the show, so it messes up the scheduled recording cause the recording you set up ends up being diff from what your tvguide actually lists the show as on the day it airs. Sometimes I have to even double check my scheduled recordings a day or so before it airs just to make sure its still set to record.Comment

^^^^ The Simpsons: "Homer and Marge raise Bart, Lisa and little Maggie".
That's more funny than annoying, lol!Comment

When the guide says one thing is on, but something else it's.
I recorded Ring of Honor the other night and it only recorded the first 30 minutes because something else was on for the first half of what was labeled Ring of Honor.--

When a show runs a couple minutes long for no reason. You run no live programming so why is your schedule running late? I've had recordings screwed up missing the final minute or two of a show because of this.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Some shows might run 30 seconds longer than it's supposed to,but I scheduled the recording for the time it says on the tvguide(so 8-830pm lets say) and the box ends up cutting off the final 30 seconds of the show because of that.Comment

Oh, you're the manager of an Olive Garden in Florida? Surely you must know more about accounting than myself or my boss. Please, Sage of Restaurant Accounting, tell me exactly how a P&L breakdown goes.
