Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

Adding on to my prior list..

The "lotto is for suckers" crowd who comes out the woodwork for the huge jackpots.

People in parking lots who see you waiting to get into their spot, and take forever and a day to leave. When they do put it in reverse, they always want to come out where it'll back you up.

People who don't go to the movies more than 5 times a year seem strange to me. Then, I'll get somebody who hasn't been to a movie since a blockbuster from 2003, and be completely dumbfounded. "What? But..you do watch movies..right?"

Those who equate emotional playing in music to sadness, and only that. LOL, if you do play an instrument and have this mentality, I feel sorry for your audience or practice space. Experiment, folks.

Old people driving Scions, Toyota Matrix, Honda Elements, etc. You amuse me.

Im one of those strange guys. I havent been to the movies in about 7 years. I just really dont like most of the movies that have came out the past few years, plus if you buy snacks and everything it just cost to much to go to the movies when I can just wait for it to come on TV. Ill admit Im not the biggest movie lover in the whole world.

That the FSU-Miami game was blacked out to me yesterday. Hence why I didn't post about it.

I agree about buying snacks. I'm cheap when it comes to concessions at movie theaters, arenas/stadiums (depends on the venue, though), and theme parks.

I thought ESPN 2 carried it for blacked out regions?

I go to movies all the time but I rarely pay for any snacks or drinks, I just bring my own stuff in.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Apparently not where I live. I wonder if because it was on in the Boston area if it just got blacked out to the entire state. Either way, I was pissed. The odd thing was that at 7pm ESPN2 went to normal programming and the game was still on I believe. From reading I am sorta glad I missed it, I can only imagine how much money people who took the under lost yesterday.

The vast majority of movies are horrible. I find it to be a complete waste of money.

That's why you use www.rottentomatoes.com to avoid those wastes of money. Every movie i've gone to in the last few years have been great because I scope out that site.

Strange. My access card has been acting up lately, maybe that is what caused it to not be available.
