The Microwave at Work.
Because let's be realistic: Nobody wants or ever feels he need that they should clean it up since it's not "their own".#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
We went through the microwave thing for a while.
Now there's a sticky note on it that says.
"Get Invovled. Cover your food up".
It's bad that you have to put notes on a microwave for people to cover their food. Everyone tried making me clean it, because I'm the newest. I'm not having that ****.. I cover my food up.
My mom stressed that, when I was a kid. An uncovered bowl of spaghetti o's and you have a messy *** microwave.Comment

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Yeah, I'll clean my own mess up, but I'm not taking care of another adult at the workplace.
I've noticed I'm typically a lot cleaner and more organized than most people. Some friends' bathrooms I would never step foot in again. Just. No.
And I have two aunts who's vehicles are always dirty inside. Food crumbs. Hair *shutters*. Random pieces of trash. Etc. I don't get it. I hate getting into a dirty vehicle, much less sitting on trash.

Right or wrong. I judge people based on how clean they keep their car. How clean someones car is tells a lot about them.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I use it in conjunction with how they treat things that aren't theirs. I like most of the guys I worked with in the warehouse, but a lot of them are just slobs and disrespectful. I would hate going to their house and see how they lived, but honestly most of them probably have clean houses.

Two things are grinding my gears today.
1. Travel Channel
These *******s are showing stupid clip shows during Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations final season. What a waste. He's bring the same production company and most his crew over to his new show on CNN, so hopefully it's as good.
2. Albums having different exclusive tracks based on where you buy it.
Absolutely ridiculous. If I buy the iTunes version, I don't expect to have to hunt down the other songs that are Target and Spotify exclusives. What you've done now is cause me to illegally download those tracks.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Some of the repossed vehicles and trades we take in gross me out. I don't even want to test drive them. Now that I have got used to the leather seats in my car, I'm not sure I could go back to the cloth.
I have watched someone buy a car from us, then get in, crank it up, and light up a cigarette.
My friends that smoke don't even ask if they can in my car. They respect my **** enough to not want to. We'll come out of a bar or something and they smoke on the way to the car. I had a guy ride with me to another store once, when I was traveling for Home Depot. He lit up a cigarette without even asking me.. I told him to put it out or get out.. lol.
I don't want burnt leather, headliners, etc and I don't want my car to smell like smoke.Comment

When I'm walking through an outdoors based strip mall, I'll purposely go out of my way to go to the complete opposite end of the sidewalk if I see that there's a smoker, chilling outside one of the stores lighting it up.Minnesota Vikings

I can't stand my car being messy. I'll literally walk right back into the house and tell my moms or sister to get their trash out the car. They're terrible with that.
A gear grinder of mine is people who put food in the sink. Why are you putting food in the sink? Are you so lazy you can't get up and walk 2 paces, no, not even that because the trashcan is right there before you even enter the kitchen? You pass the trashcan before you even get to the sink. Like seriously? And you want me to wash your dishes? When you didn't even have the decency to put your unwanted food in the trash? **** YOU family.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I don't even mind smoke that much.
I have the occasional cigar, when I go out to a bar. I just don't want it in my car. Even when my parents still smoked, they would not smoke in their vehicles or the house. You can walk in a smokers house and take a clock off the wall that's been there for years and see the difference in color.Comment
