Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
How you can get in trouble for being a dedicated employee who gives 110% effort, comes in early, stays late, taking the initiative to get things done the right way... which takes time, but having to work Off the clock so you're not taking Company hours. So you're not going into Overtime, because heaven forbid the company has to pay anyone "Overtime".
Over worthless people who do next to nothing, don't have any productivity yet never get called out because they clock in and out according to schedule (sometimes even leaving early, or coming in late), and walk out the door without a care and accomplish next to nothing being the reason above people have more of a workload and have to stay later.Last edited by Feared; 01-16-2013, 11:41 PM.Minnesota Vikings

Must have something to do with unions.
I remember getting trouble with the teamsters at UPS for getting overtime during the peak season. Well, the supervisor got more in trouble than I did, but they made sure to let me know to clock out and go home when the time is up.Wolverines Wings Same Old Lions Tigers Pistons Erika ChristensenComment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
It's whatever, I'm still going to come in and do my job. I'm just going to make sure I take every last break. (No more eating quick, then working on the rest of my lunch) and leave on the dot, and whatever goes unfinished, goes unfinished; and when they ask why nothing's getting done, why the Stockroom standards for organization are not being met. I'll just say that's all I can do.Minnesota Vikings

Like I said, if you enjoy them then that's fine, I'm glad. For the money, I hope you would. But I'd rather get a better headphone for cheaper. That's MY opinion.Last edited by JODYE; 01-17-2013, 01:17 AM.Cubs | Bulls | Dolphins | 'Noles

Oh yeah?
Well my head phones were so expensive, and so well made that I can actually hear Justin Bieber's ovaries pulsating if I listen hard enough.

No one cares what you wasted your money on. I think it was more the fact that someone was boasting about how it was the best bang for their buck when they clearly had no idea what a good headphone was.
All I know is going to school for audio engineering saved me quite a few dollars.
