re: Gus Johnson
He's not insufferable, but his excitement on big plays seems too scripted to me. I don't think it translates too well to the college game. Brad Nessler is one of the few guys who translate to most any sport.
I think Madden is what really makes me feel this way about Johnson. I'm glad they went a different direction with their commentators for the game.
Okay I can understand that. As much as I love Gus, I hated him on Madden. I felt that the way he does announcing just doesn't translate well to a video game.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Some douchebag tool did this to me at 3 AM in an empty Walmart parking lot one night. I couldn't physically fit between my car and theirs, I had to get into my passenger side door.
I left them a nasty dent in their door and went on my way.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I knew someone would say that.
I have two phone numbers, one out of state. On top of that, I had a customer with the exact same area code call the same day from State College.. which is 40 minutes from me.
It's your fault for not stating it in the message.Last edited by bigbob; 01-07-2013, 11:33 AM.--

When people can't put food back in the correct spots at grocery stores. For instance, today I saw ice cream melting in the Pepsi soda cooler and two apples stuffed behind magazines while standing in line at a checkstand... Laziness...

That bugs me too, and there must be 100 different grocery store etiquette gear grinders I could run off. Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I hear you on this. I am a retail business manager for a natural food company, and I travel to 11 different grocery stores in my general area every week. I see crap like this every single day and it annoys the hell out of me. Even more so when it is my product sitting somewhere it shouldn't be.When people can't put food back in the correct spots at grocery stores.
