Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Here's what grinds my gears.
Driving down the highway, and some ***clown pulls out in front of you. You look behind you and there is not a car for miles. Yet, this tool bag can't see that, and decides to pull out in front of you instead. I had to lock up my breaks to avoid hitting him doing 70+ MPH with my wife and two young sons in the truck.
Another 10 seconds? Smooth sailing, he could have pulled out in a bicycle and no one would have approached him for another five minutes.

How about when you're driving on the road and some clown decides to open his door as soon as you're pulling up?
Or people crossing the middle of the street just because they can, and they figure they won't get hit? Inconsiderate black holes.PSN: MajorJosephxComment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Chegg, Amazon, CampusBookRentals, Neebo.
Those are the 4 rental services I have used in the past. I had a book last semester that was $40 at our bookstore and I got it off Amazon for $1.50. Usually free shipping to and from, plus it's not hard to find promo codes for discounts. One semester I got 5 books for about $100. Would have been about $350 from the book store used. The campus rental services are usually ripoffs too. I am surprised at how many people still use them.Last edited by SuperBowlNachos; 01-03-2013, 05:08 PM.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Years ago my brother's roommate and his girl made a pot of beans in a crock pot. They would eat some, turn it off, then leave it out. Next day, turn it back on, eat when hot, then turn it off. They ate them for a week like that, how they didn't poison themselves is a miracle.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

When you come into work and find out that the jacket/hoody that you leave at work everyday is nowhere to be found. I've left it at work for like 3+ yrs and never had this happen. And I happen to need it tonight.

Pizza was the biggest one. I could order a box of pizza, eat half of it, leave it sit for a day, eat another piece or two, leave it sit and then finish it the third day.--
