Goes both ways. Out of shape people comment on healthy eating in a derogatory fashion sometimes too. I think those are actually worse. At least a healthy eater is try to help. Even if going a out it the wrong way.Comment

This is why I can't get behind the 'we all have beautiful bodies' mantra.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
I hate that crap.
Look, I'm all for different body types. It's nature. That doesn't mean you can be a ****ing slob that's 40-50 pounds (or way more) and try to pass it off like it's nothing. If there is one literally one group of people I cannot stand, it's the "I'm fat but I'm beautiful anyways and god made me this way."
No. "God" didn't make you that way. Your lazy ****ing *** and poor eating habits made you that way, now stop trying to pawn off the fact that you're just a worthless pile of lard.
I'm not one of those "Oh healthy eaters and exercise for me only" people... I can't really exercise much as it is, and lord knows I don't eat *too* healthy. But ****. If I ever started looking at myself in the mirror or had someone tell me I was getting "bigger" I would damn sure do something about it.
Those types of people really grind my gears.
The runner-up in this discussion is the "I'll give health tips when nobody asks about them." Screw them both, even if one is coming from a (misguided) place of 'caring.'badComment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
My new gear grinder......all these pitbull attacks recently. Been 3 of them in the past 24 hours involving little kids. People need to train their dogs better and people need to keep a better eye on their kids. All those kids that were attacked, wandered off, came across said dog that was either locked up or tied up and tried to hug or play with the dog.Comment

The irony here is that the big women post stuff like that because of statements like the bolded.YNWAComment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
They should be shamed for giving a **** about what anyone thinks.
If less people cared about what other people think about them, we'd all be sittin' in butter.
Even worse than either type of person discussed here is the one who posts photos and statuses and tweets about their workouts, adventures, Sunday hikes, and other crap as if *anybody* gives a ****. Your sugar-free, "GMO-free" milkshake probably tastes like ***, and you know it does. Stop pretending you actually enjoy it. Oh you went on a hike today and it's "such a beautiful day out!"?! Congratu****in'iations.Comment

I originally congratulated her,but it's getting ridiculous now.
Oh, another FB annoyance of mine: "What kind of ______ are you" quizzes. Stupid! ("I got _______!!! What's yours?")Last edited by Segagendude; 07-21-2014, 04:54 PM.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Nope.
I don't have a problem with big people that know they're big. I have a problem with people that try to skew others views about it.
If you're fat... accept it. If you're skinny... accept it. Don't try to force your views upon the other people. If they want to live unhealthily - that's entirely on them. Trying to make others accept it (or trying to shame them for saying that they are, indeed, fat) is what makes someone worthless. Not the weight, the attitude.
edit: I guess my issue is with insecure people and the insecurities they project outwards. It just so happens that the majority of the stuff I see like that is either from guys that won't leave the basement or fat chicks.Last edited by ubernoob; 07-21-2014, 05:03 PM.badComment

Like, no. No they don't. And they know it. And lying to them is awful.Comment
