Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Having to play an easy skill level on 2K just to avoid the BS, then the wins get too easy, so you take it up a notch and no matter what you do you can't stop the Clippers alley-oops, can't rebound for a damn even with Drummond/Monroe/Smith, can't make a 3 point shot no matter how open you are, Terrence freakin' Jones is better than LeBron... blehWolverines Wings Same Old Lions Tigers Pistons Erika ChristensenComment

Played the Sprockets last night on All-Star, Howard got a 20/20 game on me. Trevor Ariza and James Harden couldn't miss from mid-range at all.Twitter: @TyroneisMaximus

You know what really grinds my gears?
Moved up to All-Star from Pro yesterday as well and have not experienced any AI "cheese". I am however using minor sliders changes so maybe that has something to do with it. Finding if you focus on playing smart defense All-Star plays a damn good game of virtual hoops. Perfect bump in difficulty after playing default Pro all last year.
Now the problem of who to start a franchise with presents itself. Don't really feel like playing another year as the Celtics even if they are my preferred team, and there is no one else who jumps out as a fun team to rebuild. Leaning towards Bucks or T-Wolves, but can't commit to either one.
No appealing teams to play as really grinds my gears.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Stores not stocking their items(in this case, video games) properly. Multiple times I've went to get a game, weeks after it released, and the store didn't even have it on the shelf yet. It's still locked away in their cage and the employees don't even know half the time they have it. If I never said something like "But your website said you had it....", they wouldn't have even bothered checking for me.
But then she might judge you just based on your money lol.Comment

Unless that is how it was at Wal-mart. And if a product don't sell a lot, it is placed as last priority. For example, in my town video games don't sell well at all, therefore Kmart and Wal-mart out here pretty much got rid of their electronics section all together.
The only games they have out on day 1 is Madden and Call of Duty every year. Every thing else, nope, you can go weeks before they actually put it out. Hell they don't even do contract phones or video game trade ins at my Wal-mart.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
To be fair, sales associates only know what their assistant manager or department tells them. All electronics items except for movies and music is sent directly to their safe and only the managers have a key to it. So unless the manager unlock the safe and pull said product out, sales associates wouldn't know what came out on a Tuesday.

Depends on that store manager......much like cooks for a restaurant, a bad manager can make or break a store. I been to some good ran stores and I been to some badly ran stores.Comment

I send an email to the entire office stating that our file servers are going down for a few minutes for maintenance.
Why is that I still have people coming up to my desk asking if something is going on with the file server?Comment
