Stupid return policy, Hassle free returns up to 1 year.
Work at a department store, everyday see people returning used coffee makers, opened vacuums.. with the story of tried it once but just could not get it to work.
Then open it up, clearly see no you didn't you used this for like a good 2 months then decided to abuse policy, so you could just swap out to a new model / get credit towards an upgrade.
Honestly more than a Month is just too lenient IMO.. but then again I'm not making corporate decisions.
Wal Mart allows you to return almost anything at any time. Except air mattresses. You get 15 days on those I found out -_-Comment

Only if its our gift cards. This was one of those prepaid debit cards. Netspend credited the card, and then debited the card for the same amount. Customer just assumed I cancelled the transaction and pocketed the money (which is impossible).Comment

The fact that Wing Stop hasn't started to bottle and sell their ranch.
Yelp not having any way to negatively rate a review. You can mark them "useful", "funny", and "cool". No "not useful"? Dumb.Last edited by SuperBowlNachos; 11-04-2014, 02:28 PM.Comment

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Had one of those Wtf this is why I hate people moments at work today..
Lady comes in wants to return handbag, wearing handbag on arm. Says the strap wore out. Has no receipt, no tags for item.
Lady purchased handbag at the beginning of year. (of course it's going to wear out when you have used it for close to 10 months now)
Nothing in return policy prevents lady from not being able to return item... so I have to search the system for 15 mins to find old product information.
After 10 minutes, finally find product information. Shocked to see that she will receive nearly Fifty dollars worth of store credit, for old worn out handbag. Whatever. Starting issuing her return, and tell her that I'll need the handbag so that we can Mark Product Out of Store, Defective.
Not kidding, lady gives me confused stare. You need this? Has all items in handbag... confused as to why I'm trying to take handbag. Watch as she spends another 5 minutes emptying all her **** into a plastic bag. As I Bert-stared at her. Before giving her Store credit slip.
Like really? FML, hate retail.

That's new to me. None of the GameStops in my area take returns. If you return a game, you have to get the same game.--
